These were delicious. I use them to make raw almond butter and they always taste great. You can roast them if you like, but I like them in their raw state. If you don't plan to eat them all in a short time, store the bag in the fridge. Nuts can go rancid, especially in warm weather, so refrigerating or even freezing is the way to go.
