Review: Sharpest knife I've ever used - This is the best and sharpest knife I have ever used. It cuts through raw potatoes like butter. So when using it be very careful if you are used to using dull knives like was. This knife is very well balanced, it feels good when using it, not like the crappy ones I've used in the past that just feel awkward. It has some heft to it too. Not heavy but it just feels substantial. It's also very beautiful with the Damascus steel. The markings on the blade aren't as pronounced as the pictures show. The blade is very shiny and they are light, but they add a subtle beauty to it. It's also very well priced. I would expect to pay a lot more for a blade of this quality. I didn't expect a blade at this price point to be this nice. Highly recommend this.
