I've only had this for a couple of weeks but so far I love it. It cooks like a non-stick pan but, so far, is much easier to clean. If there is anything left on the pan it comes off with water and a soft cloth. I expected it to be much heavier, like Creuset ware, but this is extremely light. I also prefer to hang my pots and pans because I don't have much space and I can hang this by the open handle. If it's this good after a few weeks I'll order more sizes. They're beautiful, lightweight and cook beautifully.

The Always Pan is the best pan that I've ever used. I bought my bigger two skillets 2 years ago, use them every day & they're still like they were brand new. My daughter is a young, married mom & I bought her the large Always Pan for Christmas. She loved it so much that she said she wanted the small pan for making omlets so I bought this Pan for her wedding anniversary. They are a bit costly, but to me it's an investment as you get what you pay for.

I have been using this product for several weeks now, mainly for frying eggs. I use it on medium heat and with a little bit of oil. It heats evenly, the eggs do not stick and it is easy to clean. I am so pleased with this frying pan that I am purchasing a larger size for more versatile cooking. I still haven't found a use for the wooden spoon that comes with it, but it's nice to have - just in case.

Great pan, but make sure you follow care instructions. Like anything, if not properly cared for it will not work ass good as new. Had issues once and received support from Amazon quickly and also from Our Place as well shortly after. It can be frustrating when you have a problem and no one to talk to, Our Place has great customer service.
