We purchased a product from Unique on 3rd June 2025. It worked fine for only a week. After that, it started abnormally heating, overheating, and shutting down within 2 minutes of use. When we contacted the company for a refund, they refused and insisted on sending a replacement. We agreed only on the condition that if the issue repeated, we must receive a refund. We sent the product to their address, but it was returned because the address provided by the company didn’t even exist. Later, they arranged the pickup themselves. A few weeks later, we received the replacement product—and it had the exact same problems, including low suction power. Since then, we have been messaging them continuously on WhatsApp. After two months, they finally arranged another pickup. The courier tracking ID clearly shows that they received the product on 13th November. But when we contacted them again on 28th November, they lied, saying they never received it — even though the delivery partner’s tracking clearly shows it was delivered on 13th November. This is an obvious attempt to avoid giving a refund. This entire experience has been extremely unprofessional and feels like clear fraud. 👉 Amazon should really have a better screening process for sellers like this. Allowing companies with fake addresses, defective products, and dishonest practices harms customers. I strongly advise: Do NOT purchase this product from Unique. They waste your time, provide faulty items, and lie to customers. We expect amazon to resolve it

Baught at 1799 Oct 2024 1. Dust/dirt/hair gets perfectly wrapped around the filter in the tank. It is a task to clean it for next use. Other cleaners have a cyclone/tornado feature which is to fix this problem I think. 2. If the filter is clean, the motor has good suction. But as soon as dust covers the filter, suction gets weaker and weaker as the motor cannot suck air as efficiently as before because the dust is covering the filter. 3. The entire usability of the cleaner is dependent on the filter. If it gets damaged, the cleaner is useless and you cannot find the spare filter anywhere. 4. There is a type of very fine dust that falls on the floor and does not move unless you move it by touch. This cleaner cannot pick that up. The floor head should have had a slim brush to touch against the floor. 5. The same company has listed the same product without the long pipe, offering it as a car vacuum cleaner. Which makes us believe this is actually a car vacuum cleaner and it makes sense. 6. Looking at the design, it is a "use as long as it works then throw it away" product. There is no spare filter and no way to open the motor hatch for any repairs. No screws. 7. Customer care was good. My machine got damaged and they asked me to send it to them via courier and they sent a new one. 8. I guess there could be better models, from companies who have experience in making vacuum cleaners. I bought this only because of the flexible head. Good experience in what to look for when buying a vacuum cleaner next time. 3 stars, because I am still going to use it as long as it works.
