Poor quality pain pack. Poor adhesion and therefore poor pain relief.
I must admit I was feeling a bit over optimistic about this product. The cooling effect can be considered good if the pack actually stayed on. The adhesive properties of this is negligible. Shame Not worth the price. Until this adhesive issue is not solved I will not be using again and certainly not recommending it

Not sure I'd get these again. Not because they didn't do as they said but because I found them difficult to apply to lower back without wrinkling them. Maybe it was just me. They did feel cooling though.

Waste of money not recommended they don’t stick to your skin and are only just about cool for a few minutes at best

Always works well for my back pains. The patches will give you nice cooling sensation for a long time.
