Incredible stuff.
This stuff brought our stamped concrete patio back to life. Looks basically brand new. Deepened the color back to original, and has the clear wet look we were going for. Far far better than the water based acrylic stuff you can get at the big box home improvement stores. I will be using this stuff every time I reseal.I used a heavy duty (bleach/deck) pump sprayer that worked amazingly well at spreading, and then quickly backrolled with a 3/4 inch nap roller. Super quick application. Just be careful to watch the outside temps. The instructions say to apply when the sun is declining for the day. I'd even recommend just waiting until the sun goes down. If the patio is still warm from the earlier sun, it can volatilize the product quickly. Thats the only real thing to worry about with this stuff: there is a narrow temperature range that you need to apply it, and also avoid rain. So we had to wait and watch the weather a lot to find a few days that would be ideal to apply

Stain does great job on the concrete and is easy to use.
I use this to stay in the concrete floor of my metal shed. Turned out beautiful. Very easy to apply.

Easy to apply
This was my first time applying sealer. I just had a concrete patio installed a couple of months ago and was in need of sealer to get us through our first winter without cracks. (Fingers crossed...) This product arrived promptly, seems reasonably priced from what I was able to research, and comes with tips to help with application. We were lucky to have a string of nice days in mid-October, so I applied two coats over two days then.Overall, I'd say the whole process went pretty smoothly. Make sure you have the right products (I used a long-handled roller, plus a brush for corners) and wait for the right time to apply. Now that I've had several weeks to sit with it, I'm pretty happy with the look of the sealer. Since I have a exposed aggregate, it really helps elevate the patio and let the colors of the stones stand out more. There are a couple of spotty areas, but I'd chock that up to my amateur abilities. As I said, this is my first time sealing. Unless I happen to come across another product I feel more confident buying, I'd purchase this sealer again next time we need it.

Seems OK
It was clear searching reviews and videos that this is the stuff to use, hands down. I bought 2 gallons for my stamped concrete rear patio what I calculated was approx 650 sq ft. It was built 15ish years ago, I know it was sealed by the previous owner but not known when. Power-washed the patio and waited 24 hours. I used a HD deck sprayer with the widest attachment for the first coat, and the first gallon went very fast. Let it dry for a bit till not tacky then I put a second coat on using the next attachment down so the second gallon wouldn't go as quick. I was able to get a third coat on as well. The reason for 4 stars is that it did not really make a jaw dropping difference like all of the reviews would lead you to believe. Not sure if it's because my patio was in decent shape, or I didn't put enough on(videos said "thin to win" is the name of the game). It gave a slight sheen/wet look but not a lot more. Some parts are more faded than others, and that remained after putting this stuff on. However the first rain I noticed that water beads up nicely just like a freshly waxed car, so it seems to have a protective seal now and I like how the patio now has that protective layer on it again. Also interesting note that the two big box hardware stores would not ship this product to NJ(the blue one would shop to PA), seemingly due to state laws regarding chemical shipments. No such issues here from the manufacturer.

Wonderful sealer for your patio
This sealer is fantastic. My patio looks the way it did when we had it poured 4 years ago. I love the wet look. It was very easy to apply. I did mine with a roller and applied 2 coats.

Worth it!
This says satin but the sheen on this is awesome, a bit more than satin paint which I really love. Pavers look rich and brings out the colors. It rained on them and it dried with no marks or residue. Not cheap but not too expensive for the result. Easy application! Worth it!

Product doesn't dry/cure right
I used this product on a 7 year old stamped concrete patio. I presurewashed the patio twice and let itdry completely for two days. The outside temp was in the high sixties to the low seventies. The first coat went onwithout a problem and looked great until the next day after it dried. These were numeroue white "blotches" on the surface. I contacted the seller and they stated that the overnight dew caused a problem with the curing process and recommended that I recoat the patio with Xylene. They credited my account for $20 to offset the cost of the Xylene and a roller pad. I thought this was very nice of them. So, I proceeded to apply the Xylene. It looked good for about a week. The the white blotches came back and they are still there. My opinion is that the product is not right chemically and doesn't cure/dry properly. I did a lot of work for a look that is just not right.
