It sits perfectly flat on my counter.Smart Design: The recessed juice grooves are a lifesaver for cutting fruits, keeping the liquid off my counters.The Not-So-Good:Active Upkeep Required: Unlike plastic boards you can just throw in the dishwasher, this requires manual cleaning and periodic conditioning to keep the wood from drying out.
