ACMOUNT W160 5000A Jump Starter with Air Compressor 150PSI, 12V Jump Box

After having this for about half a year and only using it to fill my tires, we finally had to use this to jump start my husband’s Mazda CX-5 today. A light was on in the car overnight, so the battery was drained. We read the instructions included with the battery (they were simple and made sense!), connected the clamps to the battery, and started the car easily. I checked the unit after, and it still had 3/4 charge. One of the best investments we’ve made! It was easy enough to use that I could use it on my own if I had too. It was faster and less of a hassle than using jumper cables connected to another car. I would definitely recommend it.

this has been riding with me in my motorcycle backpack for a little over a year. I've recharged it once. It's jumped a few cars, a couple bikes once or twice and filled about three tires. It fits nicely into a backpack, holds a charge extremely well and fills tires. It's really easy to jump a vehicle with. Just turn it on and hook up the leads. You could pay more for the same thing but I don't think a name brand would work any better. You could spend less as well, I've seen several of these in the 20-40 dollar range. However this one has over 4,000 5 star reviews and has worked flawlessly for me for over a year. I did have to ditch the case to make it packable for the bikes though.

I always had an air compressor that needed tied to the lighter input. Fumbling with a cord was not always fun. So, when I seen this and had battery issues this past winter. I felt like it was a no-brainer to grab. First mow of the season, my tire is flat and thought it would be a perfect time to try it out. Worked great - was fast (much faster then the plug in corded one). I pumped that tired up .... sat on it ready to go... And my battery was dead. Didnt plan on testing that at this time. Was a little difficult to get the adapters on the battery and be able to sit to start it but I managed. First attempt it did not start. However, went back to the directions and it said the light needed to be green. So I unplugged it and plugged it back in... and it turned green. I went to start and - and it worked! So I felt the need to come on here and give a shout out. It's solid, has weight to it... and I enjoy the case it comes it. Keeps everything together. Works like a charm.

Purchased 2yrs ago and have always had doubts something this small could start a vehicle with a dead battery. Last week my 2007 F150 truck which has a 5.4L V8 engine had a dead battery and would just click when the key was turned. I remembered I had this and thought I would give it a try. It's very simple to use and I had recently charged so it was at 100%. The truck started right up first try, I was very surprised and impressed. After I disconnected it still showed 78% charge. I highly recommend this product.

I've never been able to get this charged all the way up to 100%. 99% is the best it seems to do. It definitely works, and I've jump started a car with a completely dead battery...twice. And I mean DEAD, and it started right up both times. But, be careful how you put it back in the case. If you don't get it in there just right, the clamps for jumping the battery might press on the go button and run it down flat doing nothing but sitting in your trunk or where-ever you keep it. I've done this, and thought it was a piece of junk at first, only to discover that you just need to be careful about how you put it back in the case. 1000 times handier than getting another motorist to give you a jump and dragging out the jumper cables. If...you're lucky enough to have both of those things handy. Definitely a step up in the right direction for a stranded motorist with a dead battery, and it's a bit of peace-of-mind as long as you know it's charged to at least 20%. I'd buy it again.

This device has totally saved me numerous times, plus I've started several other grateful people cars! It is worth every penny!

UPDATE: June 2026 Came back from a trip and was helping start sister’s vehicle as she was out of town for an extended period of time. One day went over and car barely turned over. Hooked up the jump starter and saw signs of lights again in the cabin, but no luck. Bit frustrated as it was extremely hot (here in AZ) but tried again ensuring all cables were connected properly and sure enough after a few clicks of the starter charging I was able to get an almost expired battery going again. After that drove car around for around 1hr or so and then made an appointment with dealer. They concluded battery was failing though only 1.5yrs old. I have to say I am still very impressed with this device! Super easy to use and the internal battery keeps its charge for a long time. In fact I had not charged it since last time I had used it and it only had 30% or so when I used this time and boom no problem (unlike other devices). Will continue to recommend this to family and friends. ORIGINAL: December 2023 Did not think would have to use it so soon, but wife’s car was totally dead. No battery, interior lights or anything. Plugged in the cable to the pack, connected cables to battery, waited few moments and the car turned over right away! Best investment…highly recommend!

I had this unit for about a year, seems to work fine. Just wanted to note that the Car Jumper connector that looks like EC5 is actually a modified EC5 so if you wanted to buy EC5-to-Car-Lighter-Socket cable it's not going to fit (same goes for another ACMOUNT unit that I have).
