I've always been a little sceptical about meal replacement products as most of the people I know who have taken these balloon once they stop. However my PT recommended PhD so I thought I'd give it a go. It taste surprising good, mixes well and taste like a treat rather than something you have to eat. I've been taking it a lunch-time and it is fantastic. Rather than crisps & sandwiches I feel I am having healthy meal and it stops me snacking in the afternoon. So far so good I've lost 5 pounds! I started with the Choc peanut which was good but the Vanilla is even more delicious.
