Lonely Planet Pocket Vancouver (Pocket Guide)

Well organized pocket guide to Vancouver which fits into my 4 night stay there and after I land at the airport, i am guided by usage of public transportation such as Uber, buses and Skytrains from my hotel located in downtown Vancouver Lots of colorful photos and tips .Each section shows walking tours map with streets nearby outlined streets in the specific areas of Vancouver which presents a handy feature not found in any typical travel guide..With any large city that supports various travel alternatives, it makes sense not to have to rent a car and pay extra for parking downtown or the hassle of parking your rental car.

I like the size and information in this travel guide but which there were morr interestingly written. Where is Rick Steves when I need him?

This pocket vancouver guide is so abbreviated as to be of minimal use as a guide, and it’s overpriced.

Handy size, great maps and extensive info for planning stuff, so just as I anticipated tbh.

Nice little book with lots of info.My only gripe is it didn’t include anything on Vancouver Island
