Over $150 at Autozone
Fit my 2005 mustang and operates well quieter than original and a price well below local retailers but had to elongate one of the holes that mount the fan to the radiator to get it lined up with the radiator screw hole. Easy fix with a drill bit and file but take note of screw hole locations from one taken out of vehicle to avoid multiple installations and removals. Only been installed a few weeks but has handled well. I also installed 2005-14 Mustang Dual Speed Fan Relay Harness from wireeverything to alleviate common electrical problems that lead to these fans burning out in the first place.

Fan mounted up like the original and its working, now its a test to see if it will last as long as the original, which ran for 20 years. looks like a good quality fan.

2010 Mustang V6 Base 4.0L
Overheating issue. Fan was not spinning. Bought this new fan and instantly fixed the issue. Easy install, fair pricing, and fast shipping. Saved me from forcing to have my car sitting longer. Old and new fan photos attached.

INSTALLS IN A “BREEZE,” A PERFECT FIT.
In December 2025, the new fan was easily installed in my 2006 GT Convertible as if it had come off the OEM assembly line. Perfect fit. The original fan was drawing more amps than the fuse box, relays, and wiring could handle, causing permanent damage to those components. I was forced to mount two heavy duty relays outside of the box. The new fan dutifully kicks in when the relays tell it to, and makes no discernible noise outside of the engine compartment.

One omission...
The original fan has a mounting boss for a trans cooler line hold-down bracket... but this fan doesn't have one. So far, it doesn't seem to be a problem (and would be a non-issue for a manual transmission vehicle)... but it's an odd omission, considering that so many Mustangs are automatic...

Don't buy this product, everytime this fan kicks on, it makes a loud noise, I know it's gone bad after 3 months, really blows that I can't return it.
