1) Far too expensive!!! 2) There is No “Shut off” button You must “REMOVE from wall plug” every time you want to stop it to diffuse 3) Very annoying!!

Update 12/24/24: just ordered another unit to add to an area of my two story 2800sq foot home that is tucked away from alot of air movement and I set it on the 24 hour setting on 1 the lowest setting and wow what a difference, clean home scent is honestly the best. Love this brand. Love that it is safe for my doggies. These are very easy to use, didn’t want the Bluetooth, don’t need it. So these are cost effective for my home. I recently got into this brand from a medical office I went to. I did my research and this brand is absolutely safe for pets and kids and people with sensitivity to fragrances. These aren’t your airwick plug ins, they are a technology that improves my home atmosphere. My home is a place of comfort and with winter here in Wisconsin I need something to keep me going thru the lock up months and beyond.

I'm 2 years in with this diffuser, so I thought I'd come here to share my experience with it, along with the scents that can be purchased with it. In short, I love it! I chose the black as I knew it was going to be "hidden" , just underneath a half moon table in my entry way and I didnt want it to stand out. I have always kept it on smart mode, grade 2. This way it isn't over powering, just a pleasant scent when you walk in. Also, Ive found the Large bottle of the Aroma diffuser oil can last nearly 8-9 months this way. It doesn't leave any kind of residue, the sound it makes is a dull hum and it doesn't seem to bother the dogs. The puff cloud it releases does attract curious toddlers though. I try to unplug it and put it up high if we are expecting company. The only real cons I can think of: Do not let it tip over, that precious liquid will get everywhere. Also, refilling the scents can be kind of messy. Somehow the entire inside bottle always has some liquid on it, like a seal is broken or it builds some type of condensation on it. If that makes sense. I always change it in the kitchen, near the sink. Lastly, the scent refills are expensive. But, I try to watch them around Amazon special holidays and etc when they go on sale. And they do, like 3x a year. LOVE White tea, Dubai, Sandal, and 24K Magic. I try to grab 1 or 2 bottles at a time to get me through a year or longer. They also have the combo packs so you can experience small bottles of multiple scents. Hope this helps someone trying to decide on a system right now! Goodluck

But also say I pondered over what oil diffuser to purchase. For 6 months I've read reviews and wait the pros and cons of each and I'm glad I landed on this one it's very easy to operate and while it says that covers 500 square feet I have a two-story living room and the fragrance that comes from it welcomes me. I especially love that you can turn the setting on where it only operates during the day to save your oil at night. I got the double set to put one in another area of the home. This is a buy I would highly recommend I only wish I had purchased white to go with the white outlets though I have a lot of black in my house.
