Freeze Dried Strawberry Pieces, 200g. Great for baking and decorating cakes

I wanted to make a strawberry cake without artificial flavours etc. This product was perfect for making a strawberry powder for the cream. It makes it taste a bit sour and colors it pink. I whisked the cream and added some fresh made strawberry smoothie, then the powder and powdered Erythritol instead of icing sugar. It was a great success!My daughter and her friends also were snacking on the dried pieces, it tastes just too good and fruity. I would def recommend it. I'm also buying it again.

Just ordering my 6th bag. My daughter and myself have these mixed in our overnight oats. They are a tad tart, but they loose their tartness once mixed in with some sweetener. Because we are watching our weight, we use Erythritol to sweeten as its the nearest taste to sugar, and of course no added calories.

I ordered freeze dried strawberry for the first time for using them on chocolate. Small square pieces ( I would prefer slices instead) with nice flavour! Overall satisfied with product

I’ve been buying this for years and it’s always been pink reddish colour and this arrived looking brown. Not something my daughter will eat.

These strawberry pieces are great value for money if you're adding them to something sweet like cake batter because they are quite sour. I got them to add to breakfast granola but it really changed the taste too much for me. I will probably add them to cupcakes instead.
