The Best EDC iWatch protection
I received this protector today, so these are just initial impressions. I bought the protector for the 42mm aluminum iWatch3. I also bought the Spigen Rugged Armor case protector as well. The x-doria snaps on firmly and fits well. The button and crown both work without any issues. It obviously makes the watch “bigger”, but not in a bad way IMO. But before trying this watch I wore “real” automatic and manual wind 44mm-46mm sized watches, so YMMV 😜The X-Doria biggest Pro is that it protects by being an easy snap-on unit. I use my watch mostly for workouts and it gets sweaty. Not having to take the watch straps off to remove/clean the watch everyday is nice. I guess we’ll see how well it holds up to being removed/replaced everyday. The biggest Con for now is that it doesn’t do much for the crystal. It’s pretty much just going to protect the sides of the watch case. The glass resembles a domed crystal, so if you don’t have the sapphire glass version, you may want to consider a glass protector if you’re concerned abt scratches. The Spigen offers better protection IMO, but because it’s not a snap-on, it requires you to remove both straps to get the case off for cleaning. And you will want to clean it because sweat and grim will work it’s way between your watch and case overtime. The Spigen’s plastic case reminds me of the plastic on a Casio G-shock. It offers decent crystal protection also but still allows for your normal swipes (up/down - left/right).On both brands the HR monitor, wrist detection, etc...as well as, all other sensors worked normally. I’m going to keep both. I plan on using the X-Doria for everyday use and the Spigen for those times when more protection is needed (i.e. camping, shooting, climbing, etc...).Hope this helps.

Works Well on Series 3
I have seen this case before and when I was considering an Apple Watch 2 I really wanted to get this but I decided I would wait to see what the series 3 would be like first.Fortunately this also fits my series 3 Apple Watch and it’s so far been great. The Apple Watch is simple and stylish but I really like that this case not only adds protection but it adds a slightly more masculine style to the aesthetics. The soft curves are hidden behind the more industrial looking frame of the case and I really like it.Of course besides adding to the style, the case actually seems like it will help to protect the watch from bumps or even drops. It seems to be lined with rubber with the sides made of a nice aluminum. The quality feels good and it really does a good job matching the colors and style of my space grey watch without taking away from the elegant design of the watch. It doesn’t offer a lay on the table design but it would likely inhibit the touch screen if it did.The case is easy to install on the watch and it can even be done while wearing it and it kind of snaps around the sides. Initially it seemed to have limited my crowns movement but with a little aligning it goes on great without any issues. Also I am currently using it with a wet install screen protector and it neither gets in the way of the other. It fits, it protects, it looks great, and it wasn’t all that expensive. If you want a little more protection on your series 3 and like the styling of the case like I do, the case is easy to recommend.

Good, but has 2 drawbacks.
Overall, it does what it is meant to do, protect the edges well. I like this over some of the others I have had and gotta say that it works well to protect the investment you put into your new watch. The first drawback of it is the fact that if you hit it just right out in public, it'll pop off and you'll not notice it is gone until later. Second, sometimes it'll move around and cause the right side of the case to push up and make it VERY DIFFICULT to use your crown to scroll up or down. Although I usually just scroll with the touchscreen, I had to have it stick on the crown because it'll make you push harder to exit out of an app on your phone. Just keep these two drawbacks in mind and know that you'll trade off some time making it move around properly and that it can pop off if you don't pay attention to it. I have lost 2 now since I got my watch for about 3-4 months now. Debating on buying another.

A previous defense owner
I was a bit hesitant to buy this on here after seeing the reviews of others recently getting theirs broken in the mail. I proceed and bought it. It came in the mail to day and put on my item on my iwatch series 3. It came with a screen protector. As in the picture it’s bubbly. I just bought my new iwatch series 3 last week on Friday. When I put the defense case on, it has all the holes it’s supposed to have. Prior to this purchase, I had an rose gold for my iwatch series 0. I loved it. And I still do. I highly recommend it. If you’re looking for all in one this isn’t it. If you like how it looks and like the fashion, it’s worth it. It’s bold statement. The only downside to this is that the defense case doesn’t protect the actual screen of the iwatch. But all in all I’m still happy about the case. I will use the screen protector that came with it for now. I’ll be looking for a screen protector soon

Looks Great but with Minor Flaws for Series 2
Item will fit the Series 2 very snug. It is not designed for the series 2 so you will find that the holes for the speaker and the water ejection will not line up properly. I don't find this to be a problem with use of the speaker or mic, but I would try to air out the watch in the case it is submerged in water. The crown will also, on occasion, rub against the back of the case restricting the movement somewhat. The fact that it is a tight fit results in the case not flying off for those reviewing the case with a Series 1, which is a plus.If this company took this case mold, and just adjusted the holes, and ground out the opening for the crown, it would be perfect. I would definitely buy a revised version.Looks great, I've been using it for about 2 months now and it has taken a beating but still looks like a champ.

Fits like a glove.......Apple watch Serie 2
When I read all those 1 star rating saying that it did not fit the serie 2 watch I was reluctant ordering the snap on edge protector. I decided to visit the X-Doria web site and they were listing this article to fit both serie 1 and 2. They are correct. My son has the serie one 42mm and it does fit. You can feel that it is not as snug as on my serie 2 watch but it is well secured. If some are worried about the crown rubbing against the case it is not. The crown is turning freely. Also there was some comments about missing holes for the mic and speaker. They are there on mine.Over all I love it.

Best buy!
Fits my Apple Watch series 3 perfectly, looks good and doesn't pop off all by itself. Best buy in my opinion. Couple this with the ScreenKnight Curved fit screen protectors and your watch will be completely out of harms way.

Erstes wirklich brauchbares Case
Was soll ich sagen.
