i'm not sure why but this item arrived with no manual. it literally was just the amp and the two tubes. there was no power adapter, nothing. putting the tubes in is no problem. operating it would not be a problem either but without a manual i have no idea what kind of power requirements this thing needs. there are no markings on the amp itself either. i know it needs a power cable connected (round hole) but I have no idea what size tip it is or what the voltage is, positive or negative tip? no markings designating the ins and outs of the rca connectors (not a huge deal to figure out). there is also a switch on the device but i have no idea what it does. what am i supposed to do with this? i'd love to try this out but with no manual, nothing on the product page that tells me about the power requirements I can't do anything with this. very disappointed with this.

Using this for the sound system in my home recording studio. Always wanted to try adding tubes to my setup, glad I did. Works well and DANG it looks cool!
