At this price, I wasn't expecting Chigee quality and the unit itself has worked well , stood up to the weather and reliably connects to my Android device. The cameras are clear and work well, even in low light conditions, the TPMS works well too.But there are a few problems. First of these is the supplied handlebar mount, its huge, clunky and looks really cheap and flimsy. A lot of people will want to mount this device on a 12mm cockpit bar (or similar) and there a problem starts as the device does not have a standard APMS mounting configuration and no other mounts appear to be available. I got round this by using a hydraulic hose clamp and some anti-shake washers, but not ideal.The device comes supplied with a mounting spider which is supposedly made of "fiberglass". I think they mean some kind of fiber/plastic, but after three months use, this is cracking on each of the mounting points and clearly won't last much longer.Then there's the app, (Kycam2) which you'll need to see your recorded video This has never worked with my Android phone and I'm still waiting for some tech support. I've been taking the SD card out, but this is really awkward to do on the bike and the screws securing the card flap are tiny and easily lost.This unit could have been so much better, with a decent AMPS compatible mount and a reliable and supported app, it would be a steal at this price.Overall, I'd say spend a bit more on the Carpuride, or for top notch quality, the Chigee offerings, which are much better products. It's probably what I'll end up doing, which is a bit of a shame really.

I got really scared after reading about camera sensor / optical stabilization failures when using phone mounts on the handlebars. Decided to not risk my $1000 smartphone and got this unit. It's fast enough, bright enough, and works great for navigation and music. Can't say anything about the speaker as I don't use it. Comes with 12V charger and 5V plug. Hope it lasts.

Only lasted 35 days and now the touch screen doesn’t respond. Send all other functions are still working. CarPlay still works but since the touch screen stopped working, can’t change to view tire pressure or video.

1.) Volume of the unit is extremely poor. You can barely hear it in a quiet room. 2.) Bluetooth/CarPlay is invasive. No way to shut it off. Even shutting the unit Off with it's On-Off switch doesn't disconnect. You either have to unplug it from it's power supply or tell your phone to forget the device. 3.) GPS does not work and isn't shown. 4.) You can see the phone number that sent you a Message but you can't read it or have it spoken and you can't delete it from the device. Simply put, it's a really great idea, but the execution fails.
