Great and convenient for a busy life!
As a parent constantly on the go, these have been a game-changer. The flavor is surprisingly good for something so healthy and convenient—definitely better than I expected for a ready-to-eat veggie product. I love that they’re low calorie, plant-based, and don’t require any prep. They’re perfect for quick lunches, travel, or when I just need something nutritious without the hassle. Great texture, no weird aftertaste, and I can feel good about what I’m eating. I’ll definitely be ordering more!

Excellent rice substitute!
Taste is good! Texture is fine. Very convenient since the package is microwaveable; 60 seconds and voila…. You have your rice cauliflower! I don’t season it! I usually pair it with salmon, halibut; seafood in general! Worth it!

Salad substitute to rice
I recently tried the POSHI Riced Vegetables Variety Pack and overall, I was really impressed. It heats up perfectly—nice, fluffy texture that works great as a low‑carb substitute for rice. The convenience is top‑notch (no chopping or prep needed), and I love that it’s all‑natural, gluten‑free, non‑GMO, with zero added sugars—just what I look for in a wholesome meal booster

Crisp but with sour taste from lactic acid.
Thought it might be nice to have pantry stable veggies. However, they have a noticeable sourness due to the lactic acid used as preservative. This is probably necessary to avoid heating/cooking as is done with canned vegetables. They are much crispier than canned vegetables. The sourness might be fine in some dishes or to some tastes.

Weird taste
They have a tangy chemical taste to them. Hard to rinse it off... If you smother enough cheese or sauce its edible. Might go well or compliment a marinade type of salad, something with artichokes.
