Before I bought this laptop I went through all the reviews and checked around the web for everyone else thoughts and opinions about this laptop. After I had the laptop for a couple of days now I can honestly say its actually a really good laptop. It runs my coding well and it has 16 GB of RAM so I can multitask with different windows. The battery in the other hand is okay I usually have the same routine every morning. I wake up and do some college work then off to work. Last night I left it charging overnight took 2 hours out of my morning to do some coding before work. Came back at 3 and picked up where I left off. I would say I got a good 4-5 hours out of it but I also did not shut it down when I left for work. Also THIS ISNT A GAMING LAPTOP! I read so many reviews online saying that this laptop is bad for gaming when it reality it's not meant for gaming at all. I would only recommend this laptop if your in college or if you workplace is a office I would recommend this laptop. The only downfall I would say is that is does not come installed with Microsoft Word or anything like that. But there's a download button there for a reason. After I downloaded what I needed for school I had zero problems at all for this laptop and the only gaming you can do on here is Minecraft and very low graphics and Xbox cloud gaming that's it. If your looking for an office-use laptop this bad boy will do the job with no problem. If your looking for a gaming laptop this is not it at all. Go with MSI if you want a decent gaming laptop.

The charging takes for ever to charge it takes the portability of a laptop and makes it into a pc because you have to constantly have it plugged in because the battery only last 2 hours on full charge and battery saver worst frames ever I’m sure a switch gets more frames on it. If you know what’s good for you don’t buy it

Lacks a touch screen and the mouse pad is a bit touchy but overall for the price a safe and usable laptop. Colors are good and a nice touch is the keypad cover for a Spanish keyboard.

This laptop is not bad for the price. Display is bright and vibrant. Yes the battery could last aittle longer but it's not horrible. I have not experienced any of the wifi internet disconnects that others have commented on. It is fast enough for basic use. Definitely not for gaming.

At first I was impressed by the affordability of this laptop. after 2 months of ordinary use the hinge on the left side broke. I thought...you get what you pay for. So I worked with Amazon support and they agreed to refund my money if I bought a replacement unit and returned my broken unit. So I did. 6 months later the same left side hinge broke. I did not misstreat either laptop. The hinge broke from just simple opening and closing. So clearly they have both an engineering issue as well as a quality control problem. I am not going to ask for yet anothr (3rd) unit because I have no confident it won't happen a 3rd time. Instead I will open up the case and attempt to reenforce the weak hinge. Not sure this is possible.

bought one from temu for about 40. cheaper. Problem was the windows license was isuse by someone else. laptop came from Auusda so the license must have been used by someone at Auusda.Bought 2nd one from Amazon with no issues so far. love the laptop. excellent for under 300.

I wish I could give this laptop and this company 0 stars. We got this for my son to use for school. Within a week it had crashed. The sound had quit working, the track pad had quit working. Then it just stopped loading the operating system. The tech support took several weeks to get back to us then went I did everything they asked and it still didn't work they just stopped responding. You might as well just flush your money down the toilet it will be less frustrating.

Audio card quit working after the first week. Still waiting to hear tech support. I tried doing the driver replacement/upgrade route with absolutely no success. Everything else about the laptop and our purpose and use fits the build. It’s fast responding, the chassis is heavy and not rickety.Storage size good. PriceIf I received a response from customer service to find a way to recover from this I would be happy but right now the jury is still out… we are going to have to rely on external speakers but that doesn’t make this laptop very portable.
