Made in the USA quality and support, More efficient than a 55gal drum!
On arrival one of the tabs in the โstackโ were bent due to the way they shipped the unit. If they would use slightly more reinforced cardboard or double box the items it would be a better way to ship. I had to straighten 3 tabs. Really efficient burn BUT beware you will want the top/bottom accessory if you are planning to burn leaves or cardboard/paper as the ash will kick up in the air. Against a tree line/dry grass, this could be dangerous. Manufacturer should consider selling a complete kit or addons for sale on Amazon as it seems like it drop ships directly from the manufacturer. Definitely great to not have to break up every stick and really easy to add items. Very tall compared to a drum. Just be careful to not touch the sides when reaching in if you are on the shorter side. I really like the ease of use to put together/tear down. I like that it stores flat directly against the back of my wood pile.

Excellent!
After raking our yard each fall, we burn our fall leaves. Having used burn barrels for this (to contain the fire), we found this incinerator MUCH more efficient. Not only does it hold nearly five times as much volume, it burns the leaves several times faster and more completely.

Made in USA. Go big or go home. Love the size. Looks cool.
Easy to assemble. Easy to control the fire. Love the fact that it's made in America using American steel. Wish I had purchased it sooner. Was able to do several hours of yard cleanup in about 45 minutes. And I got to burn sh*t. As for the "what to do with ash" post/question, simply wait for it to cool **completely** and then put in the trash or scatter it over the lawn-check your lawn pH first since I believe ash is alkaline, and you don't want to make your lawn too alkaline.

It seems to be the best answer to our need for a way to burn ...
It seems to be the best answer to our need for a way to burn trash and yard trimmings safely. Downside: What to do with the ashes? And the lid is heavy, especially when hot. Wish it were hinged.

Hard to handle
I thought this would be a great way to burn leaves etc. I have a long stone driveway and thought I could place there and burn stuff. The panels are heavy but flimsy. They became warped from the heat of the fire. They are also hard to store inside as they smell like fire. It left burn spots in driveway that also smell like fire, It was hard to take down and move as well. Once panels bend from heat you need two people to lock together. If I had purchased at home depot I would return. Not worth the money.

Was great for about a year and a half, but then it disintegrated
After about a year and a half od once a month burn, the burn cage started to disintegrate in pieces or metal. During the burn, you have to stand far away from it because pieces of hot metal would pop off. It has fallen apart and has to be discarded. Good while it lasted. I have pictures of it in its present condition, but I don't have the option to upload them. Update - 01/05/2021 Finally am able to upload he images. Those images were taken on April 14, 2020. Today (01/05/2021), I went out to the back yard and the thing has gone back to the earth. I actually can't find it anymore. Keep in mind, I am about 60 miles inland from the Gulf of Mexico.

If you want to go big, this is the one.
If you want to go big, this is the one. Yes, it is expensive, but you won't give it another thought the first time you use it. I am amazed at how much material I can put in it. I have the 6-sided unit. I call it "The Towering Inferno."
