If you’re considering ordering it from their Instagram handle or website, please don’t fall for this trap.Bitrontix is a fraudulent company. They send defective products and refuse to accept return or exchange requests. They have scammed many people this way. On their website and Instagram, they only keep positive comments and delete genuine negative reviews. They don’t address customer issues, leaving you no choice but to forget about your money.I hope this review doesn't get deleted.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this product after watching the ad done by my friend. Only 20 days the vibration works. I tried to contact the company and talked about replacement but no use. If someone is buying this make sure there is guarantee for at least one month.

I found the product to be made of flimsy plastic.I am thinking of returning the product as I feel it’s a fake.

As of now it's not mobile charger or inbuilt operated product. Once it consists that feature I will surely buy it.

Stopped working after a week.waste of money and not returnable also...such a scam..dont fall for it...highly pathetic..product is good ..whats the point if it stops working after 3 uses
