Don't buy! Thin and CCA
This cable SHOULD NOT be sold. It's thin, made of Copper Clad Aluminum (CCA), and can be a fire hazard.These are not approved under Canadian/US fire codes so be aware if it starts a housefire you may not be covered by your insurance. Do not attempt to use POE over this cable, and just avoid these in general. Not much more for a proper cable.
