Ever since I hit perimenopause, I’ve kept cold gel packs in the freezer. The problem is that they’d always get warm too fast. This ice pack is large enough to cover anyone’s back, and it stays cold for a long, long time. I recommend wrapping it in a towel, in fact, so that you don’t get too cold! Its effectiveness blows my mind. The material is flexible. You can fold it so that it fits in your freezer and then either keep it folded or unfold it to use. The material is comfortable, and so far, it hasn’t absorbed any odors from the freezer.

I put this in the fridge for a few hours before using. It was nice and cold yet not uncomfortably so. Great for hot flashes or pain. I love this large size; it covers my entire back. When it got warm, I took it off and set it to the side. In a couple of hours, I put it on again and it was cool enough to use again. When not in use, you can fold it or roll it up. No leakage, no wetness. I've recommended these to my friends.

Very nice gel pack. I bought this because I have a hip injury and need to have enough gel packs in the freezer. It’s so soft on one side like velvet and plastic on the other side which I can feel the cool more..I switch the sides them back-and-forth depending how cool I want it to be. It’s a very nice size and it covers a large area if I want and if I don’t, I can just fold it. It’s not too heavy when it’s frozen, which means a lot to me because I cannot lift a lot of things..I highly recommend it to have for yourself and your family. It’s made very well and I’m sure it will last many years.

I bought 2 of these for summer. The best part of these is they stay cold for a long time & they fold nicely to put in the freezer bin.They work great as a cold pack for my insulated cold bag. I also use as a blanket in the super hot summers.

Great ice pack that can used in multiple situations! It gets cold quickly and stays cold for a long time. It is durable, flexible, and extremely helpful. It has been a tremendous help for pain management.

The gel ice pack was perfect for my daughter who needed pain relief from her neck to low back. It is not bulky and is comfortable while lying on it. It is large enough to cover the entire back and does not take up a lot of space in the freezer. It came overnight which was a God send for us.

I purchased this to help with upper back pain and after several weeks of use, I'm extremely pleased with it. I bought a few others I didn't end up using much for various reasons but this one is perfect for my needs and works splendidly.It's a great price for such a large size. I'm fairly petite so it covers the entire area I need it to with no issues. The material is wonderful. It feels soft and smooth and it's very well-made so there are no uncomfortable areas by the seams. It seems to be constructed sturdily and I expect it will last for a long time.It freezes pretty quickly and it actually stays cold as long as it claims, especially if you don't use it directly on skin like it suggests. If left in the freezer for awhile, it does become a bit hard so it will be lumpy at first but it doesn't take long to smooth out and then it's very comfortable whether I'm laying on it or sitting against it. The material isn't so smooth that it slides around either when it's behind me.I got a different kind by this brand that I'm also super happy with and I would definitely recommend these to friends and family.

Producto fantastico. Con un tamaño grande, que era lo que yo buscaba. Tenía otro mas pequeño, y con una funda transparente de plástico. Este es mucho mejor. Tiene una cara revestida con un material más suave, como de terciopelo. Yo lo gengo permanentemente en el colgelador y lo saco cuando lo necesito. Sólo se puede usar en frío. Lo dice vien claro en la web y también en las instrucciones. Al sacarlo del congelador está bastante “tieso”, como es normal, pero enseguida se vuelve más blando y cómodo. Sin duda una gran compra. A la hora de aplicarlo no lo uso directamente sobre la piel, sino que uso una toalla pequeña evitando así el contacto directo. Lo recomiendo de todas todas

This has been a freaking life-saver in the heatwave - I've been keeping it in the freezer overnight (when it's bearable), then when I've finished work I plonk a towel over it and lie down. When I'm on this, I barely feel the heat anymore, and my core temp also goes down (I check it to make sure I haven't got you-know-what as well as regular testing. Yesterday it went up to 37.96, but after lying down on the mat and cooling down, it went down and stayed down!)There's a good amount of gel too, which is great for pressure points and making sure the pad stays cold for longer. I've got some gel pillow pads but they're like sheets of thin, flat marble & are uncomfortable no matter what I do. This is just awesome and I'm so happy I spent extra on the biggest one! Yes, my backside is kinda numb right now but that's totally my fault. I'm gonna shuffle around a little since I know this will stay cold for a good two hours yet, despite being in the attic with a temp of 29° outside. I do get night sweats and sciatica, and I can tell this is gonna be super helpful there too; I think this is going to be my bedroom companion for a while! If you want a good quality, decent size gel mat, this is a great one to go with, honestly.
