It did not clean the hair from my face. What I bought it for was my chin hair of course it did nothing for that. No grip at all and so I did my cheeks. It gripped hair not all you would have to use it for an hour to clean one cheek and mind you it’s only hair that you can see, they need to actually take this off the market.

It works very well. The first time I used it, it hurt worse than I thought, then I remember to hold my skin taught, then it only hurt a little bit, however, it truly DOES work and no stinky creams just pulls the hair from the root. Be patient using it at first, it's a bit of a Learning experience, however, next time, much, much, better and my skin is super smooth, just like the directions tell you. So glad I got this for my face, no more mustache hairs or fine face hair. :) I truly recommend and it doesn't break the bank. :)

I am not a fan of this product at all!

When I read the small booklet that came with this, I got nervous about trying it. There were so many warnings about what not to do, and possible negative consequences if you did do one of those things. I had thought this was supposed to be used a lot like an electric shaver - that you would slide it along the skin and it would pull out the fine hairs along the way, but that was one of the "don't do's". You have to hold your skin taut to avoid getting pinched so you really just do small areas at a time. This was not painful at all on my chin or on my cheeks, but not very effective there either. It stung a bit on my upper lip but was very effective there, getting rid of most of the fine hairs.The instruction booklet says this product is designed to be used to remove single hairs on the chin, cheeks, and upper lip. It says it can also be used for touchups to remove short hairs from other areas, including the underarms, back, legs, etc. I would not get this near the underarms - the thought of that makes me cringe thinking of the pain that would cause. Based on my limited experience, if you just use it as directed for the upper lip, it is a good tool but in other areas it might not remove much hair, or worse, it might cause pain & skin irritation.

30 hiurs hours later and I still have raw skin and bumps all over my face ..I don't believe people with sensitive skin should do this ,it pulled the hair out with a stinging feeling and has been itching and red since .i had to buy Benadryl cream and not leaving the house till this is gone .

It works a little - over an extremely small area. But doesn't work well. There are definitely better devices available.

I would like my money back. It does not cut on at all I waisted 20 bucks for a piece of junkJunk want even come on
