EMI Salon Effect Blush Whispers HEMA free gel polish long-lasting color home use UV/LED/CCFL lamp 9 ml

Firstly you need a UV/LED curing lamp for these polishes - they won’t dry without this as they’re gel. 30 seconds cures them perfectly.The colour I chose (High Nobility) is a little brighter than the images on the product listing, but it’s a beautiful bright red/orange, perfect for summer. I applied one layer of AIMEILI HEMA-free base coat, one layer of this polish, and one layer of AIMEILI HEMA-free no wipe top coat and this is the result. The coverage is incredible and they’re so smooth and even. The self-levelling of this polish is great.I specifically chose this brand which is HEMA-free after previously having a reaction to non HEMA-free gel polishes and was a little nervous when applying it. Around 12 hours after application, my nail beds were a little bit tender to touch and my fingers slightly itchy, but that subsided and disappeared completely after a day or so. Time will tell as to how my nail beds have coped and I will update when I take this off (it might be a while - it looks like it’ll last a long time!) but I’m hoping I can safely use more of their beautiful colours!Update: I’ve taken it off on day 12 (as my nails grow quick) and am happy to report my nail beds are looking happy and healthy. I’ve now applied the khaki green from the same range and it is beautiful!

Impressions of this EMI salon effect 'petal pink' nail varnish has performed pretty well.Approximately 60 seconds to cure under a strong UV lamp for each coat.It has lasted on my wife approximately a week (which is around the norm for her for at-home UV nail varnishes) and that's with having done - 2 coats of this coloured varnish as well as a base coat, primer and top coat.Thick, strong colour, accurate to what we were expecting.Smooth texture too, making it easy to apply consistently without gloop or patches.Overall 4 stars from us.

This is the easiest, nicest gel polish I have ever used. I've always struggled not to get bumps, or spill over onto my fingers slightly, but this was so straightforward and the formula doesn't blob everywhere.I only needed two coats for this, often when I use pale colours I need more but the opacity is brilliant.Highly recommend and I'll be buying more colours. I also used their bottom and top coat, which were fantastic too.

The media could not be loaded. This is a very lovely good quality and fully pigmented colour. It has very small glitter in and gives it a lovely sparkle. Took a while to find a purple nail gel that is fully pigmented

Very thick consistency, so I found it difficult to apply. Also takes absolutely ages to dry. Probably fine for salon use but not for amateurs like me.

This is the best gel nail polish I’ve used at home, really lovely colour and it’s so far lasted over a week without chips or peeling!

I brought this on good reviews in hope I wouldn’t container the dreaded Hema however my fingers became sore and swollen I was about to be hit with the same old reaction I have with normal gels! Now I know this must contain it as I have Hema free on my toes professionally done no reaction this one I have !
