I bought the Advanced Single test. Easy to use. Easy to mail because the return mail was pre-filled. And the results were sent to my email address within timeframe. The results were mind blowing! I learned of intolerance to basic food ingredients I was using on a daily basis unknowingly. Also that I was intolerant to several Es, colorants, preservatives etc. And to dust and lycra. It was worth my money.
