Amazing product! Been taking 11 days now. Noticed things good the first day I took it. As days have went on, more and more of great stuff with myself. My eyes are improving, skin, thinking, and my energy. This is only 11 days in to taking it. Did get a little side effects, but not bad. It's to be expected with anything. Didn't last long. You get what it tells you, for me anyways. Of course different people and different DNA handle it differently with anything. Can't wait to see what it does as time goes on. Myself recommends this. My health recommends this. It's works well with other supplements. But check with your doctor for levels of supplements in your body. I take supplements that the supports make and are involved in this company. Which work great with thus product. They all obviously do different things for the body. It's a liquid so is easy to take for people and can be mixed into drinks or smoothies. Taste is great. Makes my body feel great. Just follow the instructions. If worried about overwhelming side effects, cut the does in half. Then start taking full does in a week or two. That's what I did. Have a great day and getting more healthy. Adding up date on this. I am now 4 months in. Best product, hands down. Energy level is like out of this world and it feels great. Haven't felt this way in so long. Skin is amazing looks youthful and glowing. Hair is great and is healthy. I get compliments of looking younger and how nice my skin is and my energy level. I never let myself run out of this. Or any of the other Rho products I take. works well but to expensive to take on a daily routine

I'm new to NAD products, but this one caught my eye due to its affordability and results compared to IV drips! *First Impressions* It's surprisingly effective! Plus, you can customize the dosage. *Energy Boost* No more needing a second cup of coffee! It gives me just the right amount of energy. Plus I felt more comfortable driving. More alert but no gitters. Very refreshed and content. *My Experience* After four days, I can confidently say: - This is my favorite ROH product so far! - Tasty, helpful, and affordable! - No pressure to take it daily; use as needed.. - Take it in the morning for sustained energy. *The Difference* On non-supplement days, I feel an afternoon slump. But with this, I'm replenished like a watered plant! So I like taking it daily just trying to see how long this bottle will last me. I hope it lasts a month let’s see. Hope this review helps!

This is a high-quality product, and I have no complaints about the formula or taste. It was easy to incorporate into my daily routine, and I appreciate the liposomal delivery for better absorption. That said, after reviewing my supplement stack, I realized it was a bit duplicative since I’m already taking an NMN supplement to support NAD+ levels. Rather than taking both, I decided to simplify my routine and continue with NMN instead. If you’re not already using an NMN product, I think this is an excellent option for supporting healthy aging and cellular energy. My four-star rating is simply because it wasn’t the best fit for my personal regimen, not because of the product’s quality.

Easy to take

Like drinking Melatonin. When I take this I can't stay awake to save my life. I am a very active and productive person. I started out taking NAD shots for 2 weeks and hadn't noticed anything positive or negative up to that point. I got tired of the needle so I decided to take this. First day taking it I got brain fog and I was tired and lethargic. I could barely get any work done. I even had trouble recalling words I was trying to use in conversations. I battled through that for a few days and decided to stop taking it. The next day my energy was back to normal. I waited 2 weeks and tried it again. This time with a half dose to let my body get used to it. First day I started getting a little brain fog. Second day all I wanted to do was sleep. Third day was the same, lethargic with brain fog. I did some research and decided that since my body did not react so negatively to the shots there must be some other ingredients in this product that are affecting me. I can't say for sure but it pretty definitively robs my energy and gives me brain fog which is exactly the opposite of what it is supposed to do. This was as affective for my health as taking Nyquil every day.
