Extremely effective , well worth a try. Only problem is that they are expensive, and the price appears to be on the rise ,I was about to purchase a bottle of their Strong capsules but as they are almost thirty pounds the frequency of re ordering would prove off-putting. As the dose is three capsules the bottle will only last one month , because of this I take one capsule per day , still does the trick and lasts for three months.!!!

This food supplement from Clav is called No.14 Pulse and is described as helping to maintain normal blood pressure. Now whilst I do take prescribed medication for this, anything that might help me keep my BP low and avoid having to increase my meds has to be worth trying.The product is made in Germany and contains amongst other things grape seed extract (Oligomeric Proanthocyanidin Complexes in case you were wondering!), fermented black garlic extract and potassium in the form of potassium citrate. The capsules are quite big at around 2.2cm long and almost 1cm diameter but I found them easy to swallow with water. There is a faint grape taste to them but nothing unpleasant.At first 120 capsules seems generous, however with the recommended intake being 3 a day they only last 40 days. As for whether they have improved my blood pressure or my health in general, it's probably too early to say. I am though monitoring these vitals and so will update my review if I notice any benefits. In the meantime though I haven't noticed any side effects and as they say, every little helps.

Clav is a german brand that belongs to the European association for dietary supplements.They have also achieved pharmacy approval for their supplements.This gives me peace of mind in what I'm taking.The first ingredient is grape seed extract, which is exactly what I check for.It's top of the ingredient list, not way down the list.The supplements themselves are great, I've just had a blood test and everything was perfect.I started taking these in August, so I'm very happy with the efficacy.The dosage is recommended at 3 per day, but I was taking 2 per day, which worked well for me and made this jar last two months.I also really like the ingredients as I take them separately, but here they are combined in one supplement. Plus with potassium, which I don't get enough of from my diet.Great supplement that is easy to take and ingest with no side effects.
