Review: Sturdy and holds up. - Perfect design for an at home pipe lighter and has worked perfectly. It holds a good amount of fuel and as a bonus has the tools. Only downside is this thing is heavy. It is also beefy and the finish holds up well. Overall Good home lighter but maybe not so much to take around in pants pocket. Also, there is no window to show level when filling. You have expel the pressure from the lighter before filling. Best to do by feel but I've filled this thing 20 times and it holds pressure no problem.

Perfect design for an at home pipe lighter and has worked perfectly. It holds a good amount of fuel and as a bonus has the tools. Only downside is this thing is heavy. It is also beefy and the finish holds up well. Overall Good home lighter but maybe not so much to take around in pants pocket. Also, there is no window to show level when filling. You have expel the pressure from the lighter before filling. Best to do by feel but I've filled this thing 20 times and it holds pressure no problem.

****EDITED by choice**** I'm leaving the original review since I typed it already. While the first lighter had issues lighting. The seller reached out QUICKLY and offered a replacement. The replacement arrived very quickly AND worked immediately on the first try. I wish I could 4.5 stars. The ONLY reason it isn't 5 stars is due to the fact you might get a wonky one. BUT when you get one that works, it works. As for it being a pipe rest. It works for a bent pipe and even a McArthur big ole corn cob pipe. So yeah. Overall, a nice little lighter. It's a heavy lighter. The downside is that it takes 3-4 attempts to Light. Even adjusting the "+ -" it still takes several attempts to get a flame. I'm fairly sure that shaking it doesn't actually help, but it makes me feel better to do something in hopes of it lighting. Once lit, it does fine. But if you get frustrated and start clicking away, you'll likely click right past one that actually lights. Perhaps it is a placement of the arc/spark, I'm not sure. To be clear, you can hear the "hiss" of butane each time, and it was just filled before taking the video. It doesn't always light after shaking either.
