I usually wear a 6/medium but I ordered a 8/large which was a good move because this fits me almost exactly, so I would recommend anybody buying this to size up. the material is a little thin but it's opaque and you can't see through it. it has a tiny pocket on the back which is nice also. I went surfing in it once already and it held up well and mostly dried in less than an hour out the water. The fabric did rub a bit on my inner thighs which made them swollen so be mindful of that.

I like the shorts but they run terribly small

They are okay. Fist is a little small, that could be my over indulgence this summer too. The material isn’t as soft as I hoped. I kept though and will use as board shorts

I really love these shorts but had hopped for bathing suit liner. Little snug around waist area so if you have an avoidance to muffin top not the best choice. However, longer tankini works great.

I feel these run small. I am 5’6” and 137, and these in the photo are a 10. I’m glad I sized up because I think these would be uncomfortable tight.

I bought these shorts to go boating. I usually wear a large but after reading the reviews I went up a size. They are still a little tighter than I would like. The stitching and quality seem durable but they run small in my opinion. Also, they are low rise.
