Great little radio, easy to use, very good sound quality whether plugged in or batteries, great during a recent loss of power.

Design and usability: very good, easy to use buttons, compact for travel, managed to store stations in very quickly, auto-tune works well.Sound: very good sound, although would like for the lowest volume to be a bit lower as it's a bit louder than I would like, when listening in the night hours. This is the only reason I gave it 4 overall as otherwise its 5* for me and good value radio.Signal: catching DAB stations well, good strength no interruptions with antenna outBattery life: Listened to it for over 14hours as a background sound whilst working on 4xaa batteries 2500mh

Really good little radio, bought this because it has all the features I wanted PLUS to use outside in the garden.Arrived attractively packaged, smart and clear product manual I used to get it set up.Good longer power cable so I can position it on my kitchen shelf.Here is the clever bit, it uses 4 x AA batteries to use outside which I keep inside the radio, then I can simply remove the power lead to take outside, and plug the lead back into the radio to power off the mains. Perfect for where I want to move the radio around.All features work really well, DAB, FM and Bluetooth, all connect quickly and good display with full text of stations. Good clear clock and date.The audio is good with clear speech text when I have it on news, and I can change the EQ for music playing. Good volume setting to make it loud.I’ve been using this for two weeks inside and outside and everything works great, battery is still lasting well with hours I’ve spent in the garden.Great radio, buy it and you won’t be disappointed!

Liked the size and layout but that's about it. FM reception noisy with lots of static which shouldn't be there. DAB sensitivity poor. Continuous breaks in reception at same location as another DAB radio which received without errors. Headphone output weak and muffled. Returned for refund.

Compact and lightweight is the part in my bathroom. A BIG plus point is that the battery life lasts a lot longer than similar units which continually display a clock when the unit’s on standby. This because when you switch the radio off no power’s used from the batteries. Signal’s good even when the aerial’s not erected as well as sound from such a little unit. A nice wee bonus’s the Bluetooth function which I’ve used occasionally. Overall a must-buy for the price!
