The punch I received about a week ago has been used for a project which has cut over 200 butterflies and is going to cut about 200 more. It is going strong! The details are crisp, it doesn't stick and I am very pleased. Most times these punches give out after just a few sheets of paper, and you have to figure out how to sharpen them. Highly recommend this one.

I am having a great time making paper flowers with this paper punch. It works well. It may jam occasionally, but I just "punch" any paper that is stuck and you are all set to go again. This is important if you have a lot of flowers to make! I think the quality of EK Tools is there and I may buy more.

HEART REVIEWIt's really bizarre that the reviews for all sorts of different punches are merged together because how one punch works could be completely different from how another punch works. This is for the silver punch that makes hearts, 2-1/2" wide, 2" tall.I got this as a way to make use of old books I've written. There are times that I have a proof book in which I find errors and therefore fix them and order a new fixed book. That means the original book is now not one I'd like to sell. I hate to waste that book and just recycle it, though. This punch lets me make beautiful heart shapes from the pages to use at book signings or other events. They are lovely for book clubs, too.I'm attaching an image of the hearts so you can see what I mean.This is perfect for any author or heck any scrapbooker. They also make beautiful decorations for weddings, engagements, bridal showers, and other romantic events.The punch works like a charm and cuts smoothly.Highly recommended.

I am making collages and this works well for most papers. The leftover paper gets stuck especially if it is a thin paper. Otherwise it is a great punch and it gets passed around in collage class.

Love this punch. It’s easy to use—cuts cleanly without needing to use excessive force. Was competitively priced and arrived quickly. Nice size for making small decorative tags or embellishments, about 2 1/8 inches by 1 3/4 inches. Prefer EK punches over other brands since they store flat when not in use and seem to hold up better than punches that have a lever mechanism. Found that it was easier to determine appropriate placement on page of paper by using the punch upside down so that you can see where it will punch in relation to border of paper. I have lots of punches and this is one of my favorites. Was competitively priced and arrived quickly.

This is the best brand of hole punch I’ve found. I’m an art teacher and this is the only brand my middle schoolers don’t mangle in a matter of months. They also latch shut, making them flatter, so they can be stored easily in a drawer.
