anello #AT-B0197B small backpack with side pockets (Charcoal gray)

Based on the reviews, I was sold that this was authentic. When I received it, I was over the moon, the quality seemed nice, not superb but decent and I was more in love with the appearance than anything else. But a few weeks later, my roommate received her anello backpack from a some other site that International student use (same size, same color) and I was ecstatic we would be twinning. But! When I felt her bag, the quality was SO different. All of the fabric on hers was backed with a hard waterproof type of lining. Her items never got wet. Mine did. water went right through to my folders. Hers was relatively heavier. Mine was lightweight as hell. the overall structure + quality of hers beat mines. I feel like mine might be a fake to be honest. I touch many of the other international student's anello backpacks and none feel as cheap and thin like mine. Kind of disappointed.

Disclaimer: I am in LOVE with and OBSESSED with Anello. I currently use this as a diaper bag but I wanted something I could use as a normal backpack in my post-babies life phase. This backpack fits so much. The two side pockets don't have elastic or anything so there is a chance for water bottles to fall out, but I actually like it because I end up stuffing other things in them along with the water bottles, like my phone or keys or tissue. I kind of wish the inside had more compartments, but realistically when I use this as a normal backpack and not a diaper bag, I probably wouldn't need all the compartments. The side zipper is AMAZING and has been so helpful to easily pull out my wallet or changing pad/diapers/wipes instead of opening the top and sifting to the bottom of the bag. Just used this to travel around Asia with a 1 yr old and 2 yr old for two weeks and it was perfect.

Love this bag... it was delivered overnight and the backpack is just as I would have expected. Ran it through all of the online exercises on "how to tell if an Anello bag is real or fake" and everything checked out --- this bag really is "official" as it is advertised! My daughter and sister (and her three kids) all have these Anello backpacks and LOVE THEM (even my two nephews love theirs). The construction is TOP QUALITY and the capacity is amazing. Love the way that the bag stands up to create a huge space for clothes, computers, books, etc. I have this Large size backpack and can fit my large (about 13.5 inches wide) HP laptop inside along with numerous other items. This could easily work as an "overnight" bag to pack clothes for one or two days, if you needed it for that purpose. Initially ordered the Pleather version but am SUPER HAPPY with this nylon fabric --- it is nice looking, durable and likely way easier to clean than the Pleather option. Would highly recommend this Anello Backpack and Seller to all.

I have been looking for a more polished backpack, and I loved the “bucket” design and minimalist features. I read the reviews and knew quality might be an issue, and I was disappointed when immediately noticed the tag on the bag was not sewn on straight (it dips down toward the right). After all the research to ensure I bought an authentic bag, it seems it really doesn’t matter.

Received it today, 3rd year college student bought for school. Slightly smaller than what I was expecting, but still carries quite a bit. Isn't canvas, more of a polyester blend, which was kind of expected but also disappointing. Side pocket surprisingly large enough to carry my 32oz wide mouth Nalgene water bottle, which was a +1 for me. Love the color. Not completely sure this is an authentic bag, stitching on one of the straps is slightly wonky (goes crooked, but I may just be being extra nit picky), and there is a hole from the zipper into the bag I'm not sure is supposed to be there. I've heard it isn't, but what do I know. Checked their official product site and in one of the photos it looks like it's there. Other than that it seems to be a good bag, Would definitely be disappointed to find out I spent $59.99 on a fake though. I'll just try and convince myself otherwise. Hopefully it's comfortable.Update: really like my bag.

I love this backpack design and bought it to use for school. Since Anello seemed to be the OG brand when it comes to this kind of backpack, I specifically wanted to buy theirs. I'm aware that there are many fake Anellos, so I did a little research and chose this seller, since it seemed legit. When the backpack came, I was so excited. Everything looked great, and I felt sure that this was really Anello. HOWEVER, after a few months, the quality made me suspicious. I'm actually hoping this is a fake Anello rather than Anello backpacks actually having this kind of quality. Sure, the backpack is still in one piece, and it looks alright from afar, but upon closer inspection, it's not looking too good.The canvas fabric is very papery, I repeat, VERY papery, which results in a lot of ugly creases all over the backpack. There are many strings sticking out everywhere (not an exaggeration), and the straps have the worst creases and folds; the kind of folds that form sharp corners that start to fray. The lining and everything else is great, but the fabric choice for the exterior is a total deal breaker.I'll still use the backpack since I already have it. I'm still in love with the design of the backpack, but I'll be using other options when I need to be in more presentable settings (aka at school in front of judgmental classmates). At least school is at home now.

I LOVE this backpack and am considering ordering a second in a darker color for winter. I use it daily to cart around waters/snacks/wallet/wipes etc. for myself and my kids. It is nicely cushioned and distributes the weight evenly on my back so I can carry it with 3-5 water bottles comfortably. I have washed it twice in the washing machine and line dried it successfully.

Smaller that what looks like on picture.Quality can be better.

Wish bottom was a little sturdier, does sag a little. Side pockets fit a water bottle but would be better if they were stretchy to accommodate bottles od different sizes. Straps rub armpits a little when carrying while wearing a tank top.

Love it. Straps tighten nicely, so the bag doesn’t bounce around. Great walking and even jogging.

I’m so thrilled with this bag. I was nervous buying online and being disappointed upon reception but I’m 100% satisfied with this product!
