I have two dogs and I go through the small grocery store bottles of shampoo so I ordered this one.When it arrived, I read that it was ultra concentrated and recommended diluting 30 to 1. The shampoo was almost a gel. I put the concentrate into a 1 quart pump bottle, diluted it as instructed and tried it on two dogs.The resulting mix seemed a little watery when compared with cream's I've gotten from small grocery store bottles, but I used it as directed. It worked great, the dogs seemed to like the shampoo and didn't seem to have any eye tears and they smelled great afterwards.When I purchased this gallon of shampoo, I didn't realize that I'd purchased a concentrate that would give me 30 gallons. I love the shampoo and I think it will last me a long time.

I have been grooming professionally for ten years, and this is by far the best pet shampoo I have ever used. The scent is wonderful, it leaves the dogs coat looking and feeling great; not to mention it’s good for numerous coat and skin types, lathers very well, and the mixing ratio makes it a last a long time compared to others so it’s a great value as well! I first purchased a bottle, then after using it I came back for the gallon size. This is some seriously good shampoo that alters up nicely and rinses off easily. I have used a lot over the years and it cleans our dog's coat well and doesn't leave an overpowering scent. I accidentally got some in her eye the other day and she scarcely reacted (of course I rinsed it quickly as well.) Definitely recommended.

I really got tired of ordering shampoo for my big fat dog, so I pulled the trigger on this obscenely large jug of shampoo. Now, there is a lot of acreage to cover on my dog, so I need a lot of suds to get the job done which led me to this fine product. I need to be hones here and tell you that I have't actually used this shampoo yet because it's March and my dog might freeze to death getting a bath outside, so what I'm really reviewing is the amount of shampoo you get for the price. Let's face it, it's a dog. Do you really think she cares about performance? Nah, she doesn't even like baths, but I really don't want her to smell like a carpet that was forgotten out in the rain for a month and then put into the clothes dryer for 9 hours on high heat.

Sadly I will never know how good this product works. Practically the entire gallon was spilled out into the box. It arrived with a plastic bag around it so I perhaps could salvage some of the shampoo from the bag to try but I doubt I will buy it again since this appears to be a common problem.

I've talked to one of the higher ups with this brand and they were so nice! I couldn't afford everything at once so instead of ordering from the warehouse I order here. This shampoo is the best one I've used for grooming. Period. Helps the pups skin, smells amazing, lasts and cuts through grime. Vegan and tear free to top all that, this shampoo you won't regret buying.Update: I have been using this product for 3 years now, Still my #1 go to shampoo. Safe for cats and dogs, the clients love it. it is so effective it instantly brightens up white coats and its not even the brightening conditioner (which is also really good). I use it in a dilution sprayer (like the garden sprayer with a jar you put you stuff in to dilute and spread) and it just removes all the dirt insanely well (the best i ever had). For stinkier dogs I use either use full concentration or a 3 to 1 ratio and it is extremely effective at odor control. I've only ever had like 3-4 clients that it wasn't sensitive enough for and needed to use the Oatmeal Shampoo variant instead in the 3 years I've used this product. Professional groomers I highly recommend you contact the company if you buy in bulk their warehouse prices will help save some money and they are extremely nice and accommodating. The Owners/Vets of the place i work at loved the way the back where i worked smelled so much they bought it for their own pups and they use it for touch up baths for rescue clients that board with us and baths i didn't have time for in that day. I cannot stress enough how amazing this product is!

I've used this dog shampoo during the last three baths I've given my pooch Gus, and I really like it. It's concentrated, so a little goes a long way or you can dilute it per the instructions. It's not overly perfumed, which I really like, and it doesn't appear to make my critter have excess itching. Also, coconut is one of my fave fragrances, so this is great.
