I got this here bench-a-mathing for home physical therapy. It was on sale for a ridiculous low price. It has a silly name. But do not let that fool you. This is a very nice bench for the price. I used to be a gym rat many years ago. I have used many kinds of workout benches that cost hundreds of dollars more than this thing-a-madoodle. For what I need it for, it is perfect. The material and quality of the build are quite good. It is sturdy. Even for my 6 foot, aging, cushiony body. Am I pleased with this crime of a purchase, YES! Do I know some poor sod in China made this thing for pennies, also yes. Did that same person or persons in China do a bang up job making this thing. Yeah, they actually did. And I would happily send my thanks to the low wage factory workers that made this thing. My conscious is not clear. I do not sleep well knowing I bought this so cheaply. I do not sleep well anyway. I am 60 and have pain every damn day. That is why I got this here bency-macbench. To try and fix my broken body that is falling apart much faster than this bench ever will. In fact, I am putting this here bench-of-benches in my will, so I can pass it on to some lucky distant relative, charity or newly acquired friend who lusts after my awesome new workout bench! BOOM!

Very sturdy and the sitting pad big enough. Worth the money

Extremely versatile and easy to assemble and adjust. It’s thick enough to not feel like you are on the floor. It is lightweight, so sturdiness is questionable for some workouts. Overall, would get if you are doing simple exercises!

Quality materials and craftsmanship. Easy to fold and unfold. Wish it were heavier. I’m a small person and it slides away from me during hip thrusts and feels wobbly during step ups.

Bench is very stable. Seems to be made of quality material. Incline, flat, or decline multiple settings and foldable for easy storage. If you are over 250 lbs and plan on lifting over 300lbs regularly I would get a different one, but for most people this is a good bench at a good price.

Just received this week and assembled today. It came mostly assembled and I only needed to add 2 screws and the pins. There is a good video on you tube on the steps. It is actually better than the book instructions. All the parts were clearly labeled. It is easy to fold as advertised and light weight but yet sturdy when using. I am now looking to get a second one now that I see how easily it fits in the closet and how easy it is to unfold and fold and out away.

The bench was very light weight, despite the delivery driver dragging the box up the walk way, and pulling it 1 step at a time. Glad it was it an Amazon box and only that was destroyed. Easy assembly. It is nice and long, my son is 6'3 and he fits on it perfectly. Easy to adjust. My old bench was to tall for me and I could not have my feet on the ground while laying on it. I am 5'7, and with this I can keep my feet firmly planted. So far a great product. Really happy with my purchase.
