As I am getting older I have learned that working out is not about having the fanciest equipment but the will and discipline to do it . I am not 100% there yet but Having this affordable option has helped me in my journey. It works well for my needs . I am not gonna suddenly start lifting 200lbs. For me 60 lbs dumbells are more than enough and having a bench has helped me keep working out .Ofcourse the padding could be thicker but then the price wouldve been higher too. Its sturdy enough, has different positions and relatively easy to fold. So yaeah, 5 stars .

the bench is very sturdy and is of fair quality considering the lower price tag. I would suggest using the manual to put it together and not the video shown here as they are different. Set up took me about 10-15min, it’s only 2 steps to set up. Im 6’0’ about 190lb and when using 20-30lb dumbbells i didn’t feel the bench shake or wobble at all. Very happy overall.

I have been looking for these type of weights. The reviews looked good for these, but I was skeptical at the quality. They arrived safely packed, and Styrofoam and in a box that was easy to lift. Super easy to put together and move about. I like that you can easily change between 5 pound and 25 pound and it makes my workout so much better and faster. I have no issues with this product and I would buy it again.

This is a nice starter bench (see what I did there?). It works well and assembly is a breeze. The assembly instructions were fairly straight forward and easy to follow. One of the things I really like about it is the adjustability. If you want to do incline, decline or flat exercises it works great for that and is quick/easy to adjust. The bench supports my rather substantial size (6ft, 240lbs) without any issue and allows me to do weighted workouts on my back or flip up to a knee without any issues. It actually holds up pretty well without much wobble or shifting. I'm not going to say it's as stalwart as a really nice bench but for a starter bench it's a solid place to begin your weight lifting journey. If you're just getting going, this is the bench for you. If you're a more advanced lifter and looking for something professional grade, this ain't it. But for me, where I'm at on rebuilding my fitness, it's a great place to start.

Well made, came mostly assembled, and the final assembly was easy. Adjusting the bench is simple and quick. It was a little lighter than I expected, which made me a little worried about its use for weights, but it is really solid and it is great for my daily workouts. I am extremely satisfied

Nice bench especially for the price I got it for. Adjusts to decline as well. Pretty stable but do wish the feet would be a little bit more wider for better stability. Nevertheless, it does the job.

For 60 dollars, this is insane. It is so durable, super light weight, and folds really easy. It honestly feels like a 200+ dollar bench.

I chose this one based on some reviews. It was easy to set up, and comfortable to work out on! I love that it folds down and stores in my small apartment! The bench padding is great ! Highly recommend!

I’m really happy with this bench. It feels sturdy, was quick and easy to set up, and folds away nicely for storage. The padding is comfortable to sit or lie on, and the bench is large enough that I feel secure lying down while using dumbbells without taking up a huge amount of space. The only small downside is that the metal holes where the pins are inserted to unfold the bench were slightly misshapen, so I sometimes have to jiggle the pins a little to get them in properly. Other than that, I’ve had no issues and am very happy with it.
