I was hesitant to buy this because of the price for my 2016 4Runner, I went ahead and got it anyways because of the positive reviews. You know that satisfying feeling you get when something fits PERFECTLY? I got that feeling. It seriously could not fit any more perfect than it does. I live in sunny Arizona so this is a must for me and I'm so pleased at how well it's made. I'm happy with my purchase and would purchase again with no hesitation. The pics are of it just hurriedly putting it up (it's cloudy today so not a dire need) but you can see how well it fits straight from the box rolled tightly. Once it loosens up I can tell there will be zero light. I like it!

I saw reviews where people complained how difficult this was to use. Number 1, it fits perfectly, number 2, it is wonderfully thick, Not flimsy, so yes it takes a minute to roll up and Use the attached Velcro strip. Plus it was shipped Super fast, got it in 2 days, Ahead of scheduled delivery! I Love my 4Runner, so yes, I want a Quality product to protect it! BUY IT!!!

So I read all the reviews and decided to try it. As some mention it is made of a very stiff material, not like the flimsy foil shades you find at the blue box store. And it being so stiff it is a little bit difficult to roll and unroll and you will hit your rear view mirror taking it in and out. But, it fits exactly in my new 4runner, and it works extremely well. I can tell a significant temperature drop in the afternoons when I get in it. $40 I think is worth it.

I’ve had these for my 300 SRT8, CTSV, and Tesla model S, and they’ve all been great. For some reason, on my 2019 4Runner, it hits my mirror every time during installation and removal leaving me to adjust my mirror each time. I’m afraid with the constant moving of the mirror it will cause accelerated wear on the joint making the mirror more prone to moving on its own unable to hold its place. Will sell and purchase CoverCraft instead.

Excellent sun shade! I purchased one of these for my 2018 Toyota 4Runner, and it works wonders during the summer time in the Southeast. My paint is black, which already adds to the heat when I'm parked in the sun. But the HeatShield really keeps the interior quite a few degrees cooler, adding to the life of my vehicle, as well as the items I keep stored inside of it. I can't praise this thing enough for that. Also, since it's fitted to whichever car model you choose, it fits almost perfectly, minimizing any possibility of it falling or becoming loose while you're away.

My 4Runner sits in the sun all day while at work. So far, most days have been clear skies and 95 degrees, so it gets hot in the car! Previous sun shades would not cover the whole window, and began to flake apart in the sun. My dashboard would require constant cleaning, and I'd have to go buy another $10 shade at the local store. Well, I was over that, so I did some research and came across HeatShield. After using it the first day after arrival, all I can say is wow! Great product that kept the car cooler than before! I am very satisfied with the product. Unlike most shades, this one is rolled up, not folded, so it takes a moment to setup, or put away. It fits my windshield perfectly, and usually I'll end up bumping the rear view mirror which I'll have to adjust when taking it down. No big deal for me. Rolling it up can be slightly tedious, as it wants to expand out again, but only takes about 30 seconds to get it put away. Since purchase, I haven't seen any deterioration in quality and hope it continues to last.

What can I say? It's a shadesvreen. Oooh but it's perfectly sized for your 4runner, thick (insulated) fits absolutely perfect, rolls up and stores easily with a built in velcro strap and did I mention it's sized EXACTLY to your windshield? Seriously if you want a cheap shade, look elsewhere.. If you want one that will fit perfect, is easy to put up without those silly suction cups or without being one of those silly thin flexible pop up style onee that are a pain to fold up... THIS is the one you want. 5 star all the way.
