I have had to eliminate fodmaps due to gut issues, but I like a lot of spice and flavor. I make a low-fodmap soup every week so I know I will always have something on-hand I can eat. I was intially using a low fodmap Paleo powder, but they eliminated the large container, so the cost became prohibitive. Enter Fodmazing, which gave me a very similiar taste at about 1/2 the price. I love that it has rice flour, as that seems to thicken soups and sauces nicely.

There is nothing like a cool Saturday even watching collage football (ROLL TIDE!) and eating a bowl of chili…. It’s been 2 football seasons since I have been able to do that due to getting covid on fathers day 2020. It took my smell and taste and when it returned my world either stunk or had no smell at all… and if it smells bad it will taste bad. Garlic and onions are just 2 of the very long list of foods I can no longer handle the smell or the taste of. So just imagine how excited I was to find a world of spices and seasonings and sauces that do not have onions and garlic mixed into them… I was a little nervous about this chili mix… but I am here to tell you my Saturdays and football just got a whole lot better!!! So thank you… I am now excited to try out more of your products. And yes.. I can actually taste a hint of chili… that to makes me very happy!!! 😊😊😊

Mostly filler. Needs more chili and cumin for that price. Can just buy the separate spices and mix your own for less.

I used this to make chili and taste was perfect! My thanks to the creator of this product! I can once again enjoy a bowl of chili!!
