These are amazing! I have waited quite some time before posting a review for fear of jinxing it. 😂 In February 2025, I got shingles for the second time (first time at 20, second time at 48) after being sick with one thing or the other for months. I was totally over it and started searching for immunity supplements. I narrowed them down and finally settled on these. I had just started them and went to my endocrinologist and told him I was so sick of being sick, and that I had just started these. He told me to take L-lysine in conjunction with them for anti viral support. He said doctors will tell you that L-lysine is only good for cold sores and such but he truly believes it helps against all viruses so I found Nature Made L-lysine 1000 mg for all of $6 a bottle and have not missed one day of taking it in conjunction with these supplements since February 2025. I can honestly say I have not been sick once since then. Not once. Sure I still have allergies and such, but I haven’t even come down with so much as a cold in what’s now almost a year and a half. This is a first for me in my entire life. I do not know if it’s just these supplements or the L-lysine or the combination of the 2 and I don’t care. 😂 I’m never stopping the combo of the 2. Whatever it is, it’s WORKING and after this long, it’s not coincidence. I work in a small office with people who have been sick right and left with flu A & B at the same time and I’ve still come out unscathed so I’m a true believer in this combination and so thankful to my endocrinologist for recommending the L-lysine to take with this. If you are consistent like I have been and never miss the 2 capsules a day with the 1 L-lysine a day, it’s a game changer. I even told my PCP about it and he tried to tell me exactly what my endocrinologist said he would, that L-lysine is mostly for herpes/cold sores. I told him I was going to keep doing it regardless as shingles is herpes zoster virus. Now every time I have a check up, I’m quick to remind him that I am still "sick free” since taking this combo! 😂 While these supplements are a little pricey, this is a 2 months supply so it’s really not and the Nature Made L-lysine is very inexpensive so to me, it’s money I’ll continue to happily spend to keep my immune system strong!

This is a great product. It saves me a lot of money ,because it so many supplements in one pill. The MG are the same as the individual bottles.I subscribe to this and save even more!

Take these daily and I rarely get the cooties the kids bring home from school. No taste, doesn't upset stomach, very little scent, great value.

Helps keep my grandson healthy when going back to school and adjusting to all the germs.
