Usually I don't writte rewiews on the products that I bought, but this time I'm going to. I've been using this product for over two months now, every night before I go to bed. In my opinion, it works! You need to give it time to start working and see the benefits, but if you applied consistently, without skipping any day, you will start see changes about a month later you started using it.It does help your hair start growing again, in the beginning I felt like little points in my head, and after a while i realice that the points that I felt in my scalp are new hair, my hair line is fuller now.I recommend this product, but you have to be patient, and be consistent using it, and you will see good results.

After decades of thin hair, I was dubious and completely amazed that this worked for me, a 79 year old woman! My hair is now the best it's been in a long time! It is still fine, individual strands are thin, but there are so many more of them --density is great!! I am so encouraged with the results that my goal now is to try growing it out longer and see how far I get.APPLICATION: This was not easy to learn to apply; I tried drops, foam and this one -- spray bottle. Found spray easiest for me. Also minoxidil tends to dry my hair, and I was applying too much at first. Saw a video that showed how to part your hair, just give a few squirts, and lightly massage to distribute a small amount throughout. I found that for me, TOMUM brand was less drying than others.MAINTENANCE: I applied twice a day for my first 6 months, then reduced it to once at night about 2-3 months ago. So far it seems to be enough for maintenance, but if my hair starts thinning again I will go back to 2xs/day.PATIENCE & CONSISTENCY: Most of all, this takes patience, because you have to keep applying it everyday for months before any noticeable results. Just hang in there! Luckily I noticed some fine baby hairs starting to sprout after 2 months, and that was enough encouragement to keep me going. The longer you continue using it, the more results you will notice, up to about 6 months or so when you reach maximum benefits. However, you have to keep it up or else your hair will go back to being thin again.UPDATE: Reducing to once a day application didn't work for me! I started to notice a bit more hair loss and thinning again on top. So I'm back to 2xs/daily, once in the morning and once at bedtime, and the extra hair loss has stopped. Works great. I like the spray. It is easy to aim at the correct areas and doesn't drip too much. I have to be careful with certain ingredients. I had to take a chance when I ordered it but thankfully there aren't any ingredients I can't have.I purchased this one because it was one of the brands that didn't offer a lower percentage of active ingredient for women. There is no reason women can't use 5%. Why wouldn't you want the optimal dose?If you go to a doctor, you can get a prescription steroid spray that works in conjunction with this product. Using both is supposed to be more effective than using just one.

I have been using this product for two months now.First of all I like the easy application method. Super convenient and not messy. Second thing I have noticed right away , is that my hair stopped falling off..and , finally I can see my young hair is growing. I can’t say it is a very big change yet. However this remedy has been approved by my dermatologist. I am a believer I will get desired results with a patient and continued treatment.

I’ve tried other products from Amazon and this is simply the best one. The sprayer on the bottle consistently outputs the same amount of minoxidil. I’ve also noticed that this is definitely 5%. I’ve tried others that claim to be 5% with biotin, and it seems like the mixture of the two makes up 5%, as I noticed hair loss with those products. With this, I’ve gained a substantial amount of hair back.

I've been using this for months now--I switched to form for a brief moment in time and my skin did not react well to it, so I came back to this spray. I've definitely noticed some regrowth on my hairline, which is great, and I plan to continue with it.
