Great customer service included
Ordered what I thought was the right power adapter only to get it home and see it's incorrect. As soon as I wrote my less than amazed review, I had a phone call and email from the manufacturer wishing to make it all better. It is now all better.

Didn't work at all, buy from petsafe.com
Bought this for our petsafe simply clean litterbox and it didn't work, it lit up at first and then wouldn't even do that. We eventually bought a whole new litter box assuming there was something else wrong with it. When we got the new one, we tried the power cord that came with the new one on the old litter box, and it immediately started working perfectly. I'm so annoyed I didn't just pay the extra $5 for shipping and buy it from petsafe.

THIS IS A SCAM!
this does not work for the petsafe simply clean litter box. it doesnt even fit right. like many others mine does not work. my litter box light is constantly flashing blue/red after 3 minutes of it being plugged in. its really ************* pointless like the litter box itself. save your money, do not buy that litter box, and do not buy this adapter. theres 80% chance this adapter and your litter box wont work anyways.AVOID!

Plug does not work as advertised on the litter box
This did not work on my pet safe self cleaning litter box as advertised. When I plugged in the lights on the litter box would remain green but never start rotating. I have two of these litter boxes so I know it’s not the box it’s the charger.They should not advertise it if it doesn’t work.

I'm not sure about anyone else's adapter but mine is not in any way compatible with the PetSsfe Simply Clean unit like it says it is, very disappointing. If anyone has any suggestions where they get theirs please share 🙏🏽
