bought as a present for grandaughter she loves it.Can you explain why you have to write an essay to send a review?

Looks good
Does not install on either of my computers one with Vista o.s. the other with Windows 7, it prevents the shutting PC down normally. Therefore I cannot judge how good program is. I have just received a replacement and this has the same fault. Shame but it must be a faulty batch of discs. I am very disappointed.

this was not as described and OEM and not full version.I would not buy software from Amazon sellers ever again.Be warned, once opened you cannot return it, so buy from a shop where you can see product first.
