I really like this thing. I learned how to make puff pastry baskets with it. Previously, it took me a lot of time to form such baskets. now everything happens very quickly. I just cut the dough into the pieces I need and use a press to force them. then I bake, add the filling and bake for a few more minutes. I also like the method. when I put the formed baskets into muffin tins. They also bake well and don’t lose their shape.

The media could not be loaded.  I will stop buying pre-cooked green banana canoes and start preparing them myself, it is made of good wood and is resistant.

Used this thing twice and guess what?It broke!The wood cracked right down the middle,making it completely useless.It couldn’t even handle the pressure of pressing a simple plantain.Save yourself the trouble and invest in something more durable.

I’ve been mashing tostones manually for years until I came upon this and I’m glad I purchased. Easier, faster and forms them perfectly.

Absolutely disappointed with the quality of this product. Within minutes of using it, the wood started splintering, and a piece even broken off! It’s like they used the cheapest wood they could find.Not worth a penny!
