WHY THE PACKAGE CAME WITHOUT BOTTOM?

The package is specially designed because buyers don't have to lift the chest freezer off the package. The box is able to be lifted off the top without even opening the box. So the bottom is foam rather than sealed box.

WHAT CAN I DO IF THE MACHINE STOPS WORKING?

Don't worry, dear. All the products we sell have one year quality service and you can reach us through amazon message or service email on the package. We will reply as soon as possible.

WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE FIRST USING IT?

Our chest freezer has inside compressor and it needs to be placed upright 24 hours before you use. The compressor should be placed still at least 24 hours before using since the machine is bumped in transit.

WHY DOES THE FREEZER FREEZE?

There might be various reasons: 1. The temp set is too cold 2. The doors is not fully closed. 3. Food in fridge contain too much moisture - please pack them in sealed boxes.

CAN I PLACE IT AT A BUILT-IN SPACE? OR CAN I USE IT WITHOUT REMOVING THE FOAM FROM THE BOTTOM?

We do not recommend you to placed the chest freezer undercounter. The correct way to use the product is to remove the foam from the bottom and place the product where it can dissipate heat properly.

Unfroze

This freezer caused me to have to throw out hundreds of dollars worth of food twiceWhen the electricity went off the freezer did not turn back onI thought it was a fluke but then it happened againI checked it every day and it seemed fine but then one day there was no sound and when I opened the door everything was thawed outI would like a refund but haven’t contacted company yet
