I never do reviews.. not time.. but this chair absolutely deserves one !Seven relaxing assembly steps.. am telling you it's an easy/no brainer.The finished products is amazing.. just perfect. When I sit on it, it's obvious that a lot ofthought went into the construction because every detail is perfect as well as comfort is outstanding. seat is roomy, and look forward for the feel of the back rest construction and pillow.I'm a lightweight person, so the plastic {heavy duty} armrests will not be getting too much wear a tear, but it's quite sturdy anyway.The beige really looks lovely with my furniture.. even somewhat an elegant look.Love that you can adjust the tilt .. rocks back and forth in a relaxing way.. great for thinking when you've had enoughof your computer and are looking out the window and contemplating life.I'm a picky discerning Virgo, and it's a check on every count.. well worth the money and am so glad I decided on this one.No, I don't work for the companyand am not getting anything from them,. Again.. this chair just deserves it !

Upon receipt of the chair, we did have to assemble the chair, once completed, we were amazed at how easy it was to complete. The chair is quite sturdy and so great on my back, the arms lift to allow me to get out easily on either side. It is worth the value and not too heavy for me to lift and move around. The height is perfect for a 5ft 5 inch person and my husband is taller and found it very comfortable and quite functional. The appearance is nice and clean and does not appear cheap. We are so happy as it is not bulky at all. So happy we purchased this chair!

This is the SECOND chair I have ordered from this company. The 1st was the orange model with the head rest for my husbands office chair. He loved his so I ordered this pink one without the headrest for my home craft room. I spend 10+ hours at times hunched over a sewing projects. Improper back support was really becoming an issue. The lumbar support that this chair has, with the ability to adjust to my trunk length is a huge advantage for support and comfort. The padded seat and width of the seat is more then adequate. I am a smaller US size 2, and the seat width is massive for my build. The seat width can comfortably accommodate someone with a much larger derriere.Shipping was over 2 weeks to receive the chair so order with expectation of a month to get it. Other then this, the chair was quite easy to assemble. The chair itself is sturdy and quite comfortable. Color was accurate with the pictures depicted. The cost was far bellow retail in big box stores for far less quality of a chair with less choice in color selection. I recommend this chair for comfort, value, and color selection

Great chair. I love it. Really better than I even anticipated - and I thought it would be very good. Very attractive in my office set up. Exceedingly easy to assemble. Very comfortable. The seat is comfortable yet firm. Very stable. Moves easily. Height is just as described. The chair reclines but is not foldable. And, the company provides a 5 year warranty and is very responsive via email. I registered my warranty and have received an immediate response. I really am glad I purchased this chair

I rarely leave product reviews due to the subjective nature of such. However, I have been so impressed with this chair as well as the customer support behind it. The chair itself is sturdy, comfortable, and so nice looking. The six casters on the base keep it well grounded, and I love the little extras: the arm rests fold up out of the way, and there's an adjustable (vertically) lumbar support to help your back. I had an excellent experience with the manufacturer's customer support. The chair as I purchased it was not quite tall enough for me to access my desktop comfortably. However, I noticed in the accompanying manual that it was possible to request a different size lift cylinder. I emailed my request to customer service, to which they responded the next day. After asking a couple of pertinent questions, they immediately sent me (free of charge) a taller lift cylinder. My husband switched them out, and now I can raise my new chair to the perfect height! All-in-all, I'm very pleased with both the chair and the customer service.
