Can I use this starter to make bread in a bread machine?

Yes. It’s rather long winded. Use the dough setting first then the french bread setting. Takes over 8 hours but it’s worth it.

How do you suggest to use the natural yeast? Could I use it with any recipe? Could you suggest one of your recipes please?

I bought a Sour dough live culture and just feed it everyday. I now have a full jar of culture even though I make sour dough bread ever week. It just keeps growing 😬

Is this good for a pizza base?

If you have 24 hours to wait for a pizza base then probably yes. I'd use a fast acting yeast for pizza, save this for proper bread.

If you read the details it says that it is a certified Organic San Francisco White sourdough starter that has been fed with rye flour for transport through the post The rye flour doesn't change type of yeast cells in the starter ,Once you receive it you can feed it on any flour (except gluten free ) you like to make your San Franciso sourdough bread & it will turn out delicious every time .
