Wow — this stuff really works. I sometimes have a bad habit of eating late and snacking way too much, so I wanted to see if anything could help on those “bad habit” days. After doing a lot of research, I found this, bought it immediately, and tried it. I only took one dose since I’m petite (5'2", 120 lbs). About an hour or two later, I felt zero hunger or appetite. I even tried picturing my favorite foods and snacks, and nothing — it completely shut down my cravings.I used it about three hours before bedtime, which helped me avoid late‑night eating, and I just went to sleep. It did make me feel a little funky, but honestly, not eating was the goal, so I was fine. Lol. If you try it, make sure you LISTEN to it. Don't feel it and still stuff yourself. You'll ruin the effect.

Fantastic supplement! I am so surprised more people don’t know and utilize berberine. It’s much better for you than the shots people are buying from their neighbor or internet.
