Comfortable and supportive
These compression socks were very useful during my post-op recovery. They provide good compression and support while still feeling comfortable. They fit well and stayed in place without rolling down. Iโm very satisfied with them!

function, form, and value: whatโs not to love?
Original rating for orange foot pair: five stars. Keep reading for update. These socks are an EXCELLENT value for 20-30 mmHg compression. Prior to this pair, Iโd ordered another brand that promised that level of compression and ended up feeling like regular socks. These feel like they should for 20-30 mmHg. I also love that thereโs an alignment guide woven into the top cuff. If left to my own devices, the front would end up at the back. It doesnโt increase pressure there/leave marks. Thereโs also a slight vertical pinstripe texture to the weave that helps me line them up right. Therefore, the fabric is slightly rough, but not as bad as some nylon compression Iโve tried thatโs rubbed my fingers raw trying to put them on. Itโs just enough so you can see what youโre doing, and comes across as a thoughtful, helpful detail in the design. The fabric doesnโt feel fragile, like Iโm about to put a thumb through it; itโs sturdy without being too difficult to put on. Iโm 5โ8โ, shoe size EU 42, 10โ ankle & 18โ calf, and the large/xl fits perfectly from toe to knee. Just-right height, toe isnโt baggy or constrictive, heel is right where itโs supposed to be. I really like the orange foot colorway! The oranges are gradient in hue, unlike the blue or pink varieties it seems, which imo is awesome. When I first saw them, I was reminded of Dr. House with the flames on his cane: makes it look like Iโm going fast ๐คฃ Iโm waiting on a pair of the black and pink to arrive later this week and have the blue and orange ankle varieties on my wish list. (It would be cool if they came out with a neon green accent, and/or more gradients!) They look like opaque black knee-highs above the foot, so you could get away with wearing them in a professional environment with slacks and that sort of shoes. Theyโre nylon, so they donโt provide as much traction against a footbed as a natural fiber sock would. I think I still prefer the wool-blend socks Iโve worn for several years, even though theyโre way more expensive, for this reason. However, these arenโt as slippery as I was expecting, so Iโll feel comfortable trying them out in my zero-drop trail runners. So far theyโve been ok with birks. I can always double-up with cotton socks if needed. I have weird sensory stuff about slippery socks but these are wearable for me. In years prior, Iโve had a silly little walking habit for my silly little mental (and physical) health, but I need compression gear (usually socks + leggings) to get out the door. When my expensive socks started to wear thin in the sole, I got this mental block about my socks wearing out. Now, thanks in part to these affordable and effective socks, I donโt have to worry about that, and can resume my walks now that itโs not five billion degrees outside. Like the rest of my compression garments, I either wash cold in a delicates bag or hand wash in my trusty bucket and air dry. They wash easily and dry quickly. A delicates bag keeps them from getting snagged on other stuff in the wash *and* you donโt have to hunt for them when the cycleโs over. because theyโre in the bag. If youโre in a pinch and have one pair of socks, you can definitely wash these before bed & have socks to wear when you wake up. I am very pleased with these socks, from price to construction and fit. The size chart is true. What I saw is what I got. If you need several pairs of 20-30 mmHg socks for daily wear and donโt have a big budget, these are a solid choice. When I wear them, they bring a smile to my face. Looking forward to collecting them all as my budget allows! Edit: now rated 4/5 stars for compression level inconsistency. I received my second pair, black with pink, and while they fit well in the foot/calf height, they feel pretty stretchy/easier to stretch than the black with orange pair I have and other 20-30 mmHg socks & hose I have. Theyโre still more firm than the 18-25 Wellows I have, and definitely better than nothing (especially for the price!); I was just hoping the fit would be more consistent. Sure, itโs nice to have a pair thatโs easier to stretch & put on for days when my hands/fingers are in a lot of pain (especially going into cooler months) butโฆI dunno. Some of you may know what Iโm talking about when I sigh deeply and grouse about how supporting/accommodating one medical condition can cost support/accommodation of another. Socks that donโt hurt my hands as bad to put on also have less much-needed squeeze for my ankles & legs. I kind of wonder if the additional colorful stripes, vs pairs with more black & less detail, might have something to do with it. I noticed the increased stretchiness in the foot itself first, but the ankle, where the pink extends up the back of these, also was less snug than my orange foot pair with solid black ankle. Sometimes black dyes make a garment more snug than a different color would, for some reason. I canโt beat the price on these, so Iโm going to stick with my plan of trying the orange ankle variety next to see if maybe theyโre more snug in the foot/ankle than the pink pair. For the price, these socks are absolutely better than no compression at all, especially if youโre a daily wearer for medical reasons like I am. I still think theyโre a great value. The sizing has been consistent in the foot in the two pairs I have, L/XL being adequate & comfortable for my EU 42 shoe size, 5โ8โ/172cm I think height, and 10โ ankle/18โ calf circumference. I could do a lot worseโbe not able to afford socks at all, get some that are too tight in the toes or short in the calf, etc. Iโm keeping the pink ones, because slightly-stretchier compression is better than no compression, and itโs good to have a pair that donโt make my hands worse on painful/bendy days. Will report back on the orange ankle pair in future, hopefully.

Life saver!
I ordered these for my trip to Alaska- we were flying from STL to Anchorage. They are super comfy and fit great under any pants you wear so it isnโt obvious. They apply the perfect amount of pressure- you barely know theyโre there.

Maintain compression support
Most comfortable compression socks I've owned. This is the only brand I purchase. Comfortable in the toes, maintain their compression support despite many washes. Makes 10 hour days on my feet much more comfortable.

Buy a size larger than you normally wear
Bought 4 pairs womans 8.5 to 12. I wear a 9.5 narrow shoe. These are so tight that I had marks from the top of the sock. My calves are not large. Also these are incredibly difficult to get on. It took me, my husband and a sock assistance device. That said they are well made and if you get a bigger size probably work great.

Reduce edema and energize your legs
I tried two brands, this is the one that worked for me. The other brand was too tight and impossible to put on. This one is also very tight but it slid on just fine. In both cases you get the sock bunched up on the top of the foot, but this one you could pull hard enough and it would move. I liked these I even bought a few more pairs. Sock size was largest at XXL. My show size is 11.5 Wide. As a general design flaw these types of socks should all have outside loops to pull on to get off the foot. I saw other designs with a zipper. These are just tight socks nothing to help you but you. A few tries and could move it over the ankle and finally pull section by section until all done with zero bunching. Comfortable compression and after 12 hours noticeable reduction in edemas on my ankles. Could easily wear them even longer. While wearing them the legs felt energized and my ankles free of pain. I could move more freely. With them off I had to adjust again and the positive effect lasted about a day. I can see myself using these whenever I'm at my desk or off to a baseball game. Anywhere you expect to be sitting for a long period of time is no longer a negative with these socks Prior to these, I had problems getting into my loafer shoes but with these compression socks on, they slid on and off without a problem. I realize now I didn't follow the directions and had put them on when they arrived after 5pm. Ideally you put them on when your ankles are their thinnest in the morning then take them off when you go to bed. I expect they will be even easier to put on if I do that.

Great!
Lately Iโve noticed my legs and ankles swell after long flights. Used these for my 16.5 hour flight. No cankles! They work.
