Can you use your own bands too if the ones that come with the bench break?** A: I don't know what the actual resistance of each individual band gives but doubling up the different bands increases the resistance quite a bit from them singularly but I couldn't give a figure unfortunately. I also don't know whether you can swap the bands out if they happen to break as this bench looks like it's a specialist build in that regard.
