Very easy to order, I use my HSA funds, very simple to use with great instructions and convenient. The fee for the test kit, shipping, testing are included in the price of purchase here. If you have a positive test result, you can consult with a medical care provider through their app or speak to your own doctor. I did not have that experience so I cannot speak any more to that. But the ordering sample collection and processing is very simple and straightforward and I really just enjoyed the convenience of this and being able to use my HSA funds. Definitely would recommend this kit for anyone who is sexually active.

the STD testing kit was very easy to use. Results were fast. As with any test there is always some question about the accuracy of mail in tests but there is peace of mind knowing that these discreet tests are available.

I don't even want to give a star. Very disappointed in turnaround was received at the lab on July 28th and still has not been tested as of August 5th. That is not the advertised 24-48 turnaround. I emailed them a few days ago and they said they were behind. Yet, still have NOT received results 8 days after receipt of my lab kit.

Instructions were easy to follow. Collecting and mailing off the sample was easy. Dropped it off at the local mail facility and had my results within a few days. I can see how keeping one of these around the house would be very useful in the future when you get a scare.

Received my kit the following weekday after ordering and just in time to send it out within the time frame described in instructions. Theres quite a number of steps to make sure you get accurate results but being able to self test at home is really convenient and private. If you've done a self collection at the doctor, the process is not much different.

i was in need of a test kit, to which my roommate had recommended this product! she said it would be easy, accessible, and convenient, and she was absolutely right!not only was i able to get the product the very next day due to prime shipping, but i had to fairly easy time understanding and following the instructions on the kit.

This was such an easy process. I received my kit in less than 24 hours and once I mailed it back, it took less than 48 hours for me to receive my results. I followed the instructions and was so pleased with how quick and efficient the whole process was. I also really liked how they offered aftercare if the results came back positive but fortunately for me they were negative. Highly recommend using this kit. Also, it is super affordable!

I tested negative on all three but was having symptoms of green discharge and headche and my throat felt weird, along with some rectal bleeding. went to urgent care and got the shot anyways and immediately my symptoms went away the following day. Test results clearly state that results do not rule out the possibility of infection. I live in florida and not sure if the urine got hot and possibly killed off the bacteria in the sample. Shipped sunday got results like 4 days later. I dont trust this product and will not buy again. Price went up from $55-70 in a week.
