## Description

The ProsourceFit Dip Station is a convenient, multifunctional set of parallel workout bars, that is ideal for any home gym or fitness studio. The portable dip bars are lightweight and easy to assemble and take apart, making it great for moving it around to accommodate specific workouts and spaces. Each U-shaped bar is 24-inches wide and is adjustable with 7 levels at 1” increments. An optional (but recommended) 16-inch safety connector is included to keep the base together when needed for a safer workout. When connected, the distance between bars is extendable from 19 ½” to 26 ½” at 1-inch increments with 7 levels. This means users of all shapes and sizes can set it at the ideal size to strengthen your entire upper body. Rubber feet provide traction to keep the dip rack from sliding on hard floors. Padded hand grips on each bar make your workout more comfortable and reduce slipping when hands are sweaty. The dipping station is perfect for upper body and core workouts to perform exercises like tricep dips, L-sits, push-ups, inverted rows and more. Dip bars are a great solution for anyone who wants to build upper body strength without a lot of heavy weights. You can still build muscle using just your bodyweight as you work against gravity. A great tool for gymnasts and anyone wanting to build their chest, shoulder, back, core and tricep muscles. The durable iron bars come in three powder-coated color options: black, yellow and red to suit your personal style!

Review: Awesome - If I'd had this dip station as a kid, I wouldn't have broken my arm from enthusiastically swinging between the backs of the dining room chairs and the back of the couch like a tiny hyperactive monkey after school. Needless to say I'm an adult now (kind of) and learned my lesson well about the questionable stability of dining chairs for the sake of acrobatics back then. I bought the "Lite" Dipping Station version. Despite the listed weight capacity of up to 400lbs, I wasn't sure if this would be sturdy enough to handle my heavy body weight so I really hestitated between this one and other ones, but I've had it for about 3 months now; it's still trucking same as it did on day one. This is a good one. It doesn't adjust up/down like some stations, but instead is basically two heavy duty bars connected to the bottom parts. I think that's what makes it so solid. It's very few pieces, and a lot of good heavy soldering where they connect. I'm glad I got this one instead of the kind that might "adjust down" on me unexpectedly while I'm using it. It's weird that an item named "lite" seems better to me than one named "pro"..? but... whatever. They're completely different styles and this one's a way better design for what I wanted and was looking for. Nice and solid, no up and down adjustables relying on little pins. Just solid. The dipping bars were pretty easy to put together and came with the only tool it needed (for putting in the screws.) It was easier than putting together a metal bedframe; it took maybe 5 minutes including reading the directions; you just have to pay attention to where the holes are on the lower part (like where the connecting bar goes. between the two) Otherwise it'll take an extra minute as you flip it. The connecting bar keeps the two dipping bars from skidding on smooth flooring, so I'd recommend putting it on, especially if you're a heavier weight, even though it's not necessarily needed. It keeps the bars together so you don't have to worry about it sliding. The cushion "handles" on the station are actually comfortable. No weird smell or any "stickiness" from them although it's gotten hot this summer. I didn't know at first if I'd like them, but they're good, and so far have been very durable. Getting it has made it SO much easier for me to do a little exercise more frequently without the exhaustion of setting up anything or planning to exercise, or the pressure of doing it for a set period of time. Once it's put togther, there's nothing to adjust, prep, or set up. It's just there: you can do it as you walk from your room to whereever or back, or not, and it takes literally no extra mental or physical effort or good intentions or planning. You either do or you don't, because it's right there and on the way. Stick it in front of a doorway and it's great. It's accessible. You don't have to take it out or put it away. And it barely takes any space. (Unlike my slant bench... that doesn't quite fit the room when set up... that I have to pull out to even use, and takes up a bunch of horizontal real estate I could use.) There are some things that when you buy them, they help you with your life, and this has been one of them, so thanks, company. You did a good job, and it's appreciated. I needed it.
Review: Very good quality for the price - I read thru a LOT of item listings and reviews before getting this product. I had it narrowed down to my Top 3. One of them did not offer any type of free shipping, so it was out. Next on the list was this one. I'm glad I ended up getting it. Only took about 15 minutes to put it all together. There's only 8 screws you need to use, and everything fit just fine. The metal seems perfectly adequate, especially since the "weakest link" will probably be one of the screws, since it too is holding your weight up. The metal tubing is plenty fat, so your hands won't hurt nearly as much as smaller diameter tubing would when doing dips. There are a lot of choices for this kind of dip bar, so it can be a bit unnerving pulling the plug and hoping you chose right. Let this review give you confidence in this unit. I'm 5'8", 190 lbs. Sure you have to bend your knees a bit, but you likely would have to on any unit, and it's only natural to do when performing dips anyway because you're looking to prevent body sway. There were no defects, no paint missing, no sharp edges. The manual is a bit too small in its pics to tell how to assemble the pieces, but you'll quickly see how it goes together and it's no biggie. Buy this unit; join me in some dips. Just be careful to not do too many the first day you get it. Dips can make you SO SORE. I just did 7, and tomorrow I'll probably do the same. And eventually work up to maybe 15 per day, 4 or 5 times per week. I divide my body up into 11 main muscle groups and only do one set per muscle group, repeating this daily, with many "miss" days scattered in either because I'm too tired or too busy. But this kind of home exercise routine where you just do a little each day and try to build consistency works pretty well for someone not trying to go overboard with working out. You might consider doing the same! Good luck to all!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can you separate the middle bar to have to bars? Or do they have to stay attached?**
A: Yes, the middle, stability bar can be removed. You are able to use the dip station with or without it.

**Q: At the 35inch setting are these tall enough for someone over six feet? Full range dips, inverted rows etc.**
A: I'm 6'2" and when I dip down so my elbows are at 90 degrees I still have a good 5 to 6 inches under my knees. It's enough to even do weighted dips as long as the plates don't hang too far below your knees.

**Q: What is the diameter and circumference of the grip part of the top of the bar and then the non-padded part?**
A: The tubes are 1 1/4" in diameter and the padded grip is just barely thicker than that (maybe 1/8" thick?). It's a good size; not too big to grip and not so small that it will dig into your hand, even when doing weighted dips.

**Q: What is the maximum and minimum width of the base from end to end (not just the width of the center section)? Thanks**
A: Hi,

Thank you for your inquiry.

The maximum width of the base for this product is 24" and the minimum is 22"

Best Regards,

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy, Stable, and Useful.
*by J***L on November 2, 2025*

Not bad. Does what it needs as advertised. The upside-down U definitely made it more stable as opposed to the dip station that I had previously bought that was in the shape of a C. I liked the easy to assemble instructions, the color, list of various exercises, its portability, and its adjustable heights. The reasons for 4 stars instead of five........1) the yellow shaped metal U came with 2 different sizes (it's very noticeable, but not an inconvenience). 2) the black cushions at the top were very flimsy so I added my own from Amazon's own packaging. 3) the black paint can be easily scratched off. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this product to any exercise nut. It's a good bargain and bang for your buck. It will save you time from driving to and from the gym. The size of it is also great for your home. With items like these, sturdiness and stability are special factors that you've to consider. This item is good for both! Enjoy and happy exercising for years to come.
