Hello, this fairy butterfly wings costume is recommended for 3-9 years old girls, Secured with straps at the shoulders and loops at the wrists, more comfortable.

Q: Is this 70 cm long?! Would it fit an adult?

From the neck to bottom of cape is about 50 cm/20 in (roughly). It definitely ooks like a child's cape, probably up through 12 yrs old. My daughter is just under 4ft and it fits her perfect. If an adult wore it, it would look pretty small. Great cape, worth the purchase!
